    My loved one died in surgery. The anesthesia caused his death before surgery even started. Hospital doctor was negligent also. Did not order pre-op testing that would have told him he was too ill for surgery. Extremely poor care. O communication none t also. Do not go to des peres hospital. Many medical errors made.

    My bill is too much. They are okay except they are too expensive. The pricing is just terrible. I have never had to call them. Their professionalism is very good. To get a better grade from me they would have to reduce their prices. I will probably switch when we find somebody else who is highly recommended.

    Joel did a great job of providing exactly what I wanted for our home...and for a good price. Their installer accommodated our schedule and even paused the installation while we ordered a specific PEX line (our choice) to install the system. Overall a very positive experience.

    Terrible!!!  The pick up and storage  were fine, but they damaged a substantial portion of my lawn (new sod) when delivering the pod.  My driveway was plenty big, but the driver still tore deep through the grass and deep into the top soil along a good length of my driveway of my new house.  The damage was so bad that a different driver came the next day to pick up the empty container and told me that I should submit a damage report.  He said the other drop off driver must not have known what he is doing, because the 2nd driver brought the machine onto my driveway and removed the Pod without touching my lawn at all.  The 2nd driver also questioned why the 1st driver did not just drop the pod at the end of my driveway when he saw the damage, instead of continuing towards the house and creating more damage.    
    I submitted a damage/incident report (#947235) in Nov of 2013.  I contacted Pods' customer service 4 times throughout December to follow up on the status, since they never followed up.  Each time the customer service rep said they had to follow up to see if the local office came by to check out the damage.   Throughout this process I told them that I have pictures of the damage the 1st driver did and pictures of the 2nd driver moving the Pod without issues.  Finally at the end of December, they said the local office would inspect the damage in early Jan (at least 6 weeks after the damage occurred).  I never received a follow up call on his findings. 
    I then called back weeks later and the customer service person said the notes in the system said the local manager reported that the damage was not their fault.  I was told that the driver warned me that there might be damage, but that was a pure lie.  The driver talked to me about how old my driveway was and said that if it was too new the weight could damage the driveway.  We never spoke about damaging to my lawn.  Furthermore, how is it now their fault when the second driver had no problem staying on my driveway...and he suggested that I submit the incident report!  I disputed the findings, but again, never received follow up.  
    In early 2015, this experience urked me again since nobody ever spoke to me about it to bring to closure, so I went to Twitter.  I tweeted Pods with a complaint and included my incident #.  I was shocked that even when mentioned on social media, I heard nothing back.

    Fact:      I gave three months? written notice that I would not be renewing my lease on June 5th 2013.

    Fact:      My rent was paid through the end of my lease, June 5th 2013, as agreed.

    Fact:      By mutual agreement, I moved out on May 11th to allow a new tenant to move in on May 15th.







     



    After I moved out:





    The property manager claimed I broke the lease by moving out early.







    Nine days of unused rent were withheld

    By mutual agreement, I moved out 24 days before the end of my lease. Only 15 days of rent were refunded.







    Part of my security deposit was withheld

    The property manager claimed that $300 of the security deposit was supposed to be nonrefundable.  The Pet addendum clearly shows it was a deposit, not a fee.







    The property manager claimed the owner incurred over $1,100 in expenses for advertising and commissions because I moved out early.  He would have incurred the same advertising and commission expenses, getting a new tenant, regardless of when I moved out.







    I was charged for unnecessary repairs.

    The only repair required was a broken screen door handle which I replaced.  The Herman London Group  Move/Out Inspection Report, filled out by the property manager, confirms that.





    I was charged for rekeying the locks for the new tenant.







    I had to go to court to recover my money from the owner.  The judgment was in my favor for $1,176.00.


    I?ve filed formal complaints with the Missouri Real Estate Commission and the Better Business Bureau.







    The property manager lied in his sworn affidavit to the Real Estate Commission. 



    The Hermann London Group denies any wrongdoing and blames everything on the property owner who lives and works in Georgia.  I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income.  I resent them trying to push me around and cheat me..

    I consider them unethical and dishonest

    I will never use The Hermann London Group again under any circumstances!  







     



    I would not recommend them to anyone ever!!

    I am very satisfied and will use the service in the future. They do resume, cover letter, LinkedIn accounts. Mary and Casey took very good care of me and delivered a completely revamped resume consistent with my career and current resume requirements.  Had a couple phone calls and rest was handled via email.

    I took my TV to them because I was having trouble getting the controls to work properly.  They looked at, were able to take care of the problem almost immediately, and did not charge me anything for it.  They were very pleasant to work with, as well as clearly knowing what they were doing.

    The workers were professional and did a good job, and the addtional cost of parts required for the repairs was reasonable.
    My only complaint was that the coupon was for 2 hours, and it turned out that they considered 1/2 hour of that to be travel time, which had not been noted in the original deal. Fortunately, 1 1/2 hours was enough for the repairs I needed them for.

    They kept telling me u-verse was available in my condo complex, but couldn't get it connected. Finally, they told me I was at the end of the service Area and since the next connection was across the highway, it wasn't worth their expense to extend the service. I am theist condo in the complex. They never came back to replace the new connection with my old connection the had taken out. Now I can't get the free basic service in my condo complex unless I pay someone for a service call. They also left equipment and tried to charge me for it. They still send sales people to the door to let me know u-verse is now available in my area. And the. The whole thing starts over, and ends the same way
