    Early, Dr. Gary
We have gone to Dr. Early for years, and we really like his office staff.
They are very good with the kids, even when there are vaccinations and the like.
They sometimes run a little bit late, and the office is a bit older, but we think they are very good.

    Ciesemier, Dr. Gemma A.
The appointment went well. Dr. Gemma always spends time with her patients and makes sure you are clear on everything. Her staff is the best. Everyone is compassionate and they really care about you!

    Columbia Orthopaedic Group
This is absolutely the best place for any type of knee problems. My daughter has now had 2 surgeries at this place. When she was hurt the second time the doctor made a spot to get her in late Friday afternoon. After he completed surgery that Friday, he stayed to check on her. He also scheduled her for surgery the next Tuesday. The staff is professional and friendly. There is usually a waiting period of anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour. I am willing to wait for the doctors just because they are so good! Also the cost is reasonable!

    Main, Dr. Donet C.
Met first with the assistant and did x-rays on initial visit. Another visit was necessary to do an MRI though I was told the likely problem and that surgery would be required to repair or remove meniscus. Surgery was scheduled but at the pre-op some heart issues were discovered that required further testing with cardiac specialists. That took several more weeks to meet and test but the green light was given for surgery and scheduled for the third time. On March 14th surgery was done with spinal block. Surgery went smooth though it took about eight hours for spinal to wear off. Four weeks of therapy were prescribed and mostly accomplished in Kirksville. The results were quite positive though there is some slight discomfort on occasion when climbing steps. I was satisfied with the doctor and the experience at Midwest Bone and Joint Center.

    Justin Puckett DO
Dr. Puckett's nurse spent a lot of time talking to me and taking a thorough family and medical history prior to my actual conversations with Dr. Puckett. She was courteous and listened carefully to what I was saying. When Dr. Puckett arrived, he again went over each detail with me, and made some changes in my medications which resulted in relieving a nagging cough I had been bothered with for months. His staff facilitated my request for a shingles vaccine, and I came home a happy camper. No unnecessary "return in two weeks". But I know when I need his care it will be there. It is just an attitude I picked up on. A caring physician....who knew??

    Alt, Dr. Suzanne E
After paying cash for three appointments. 1) for interviewing me 2) for drawing blood 3) for explaining PART of the results to me (I was perfectly healthy) 4) for Dr. Alt to explain my hormone results to me (I was perfectly normal). The blood test alone cost over $1,000!!! They gave me no warning how much it would cost! WHen they first met me they assumed that I had a "hormone" problem or a nutrition problem. When they found that I was perfectly normal Dr. Alt decided to make something up...low progesterone. What she didn't know was what day of my menstrual cycle I was in. I was SUPPOSED to have low progesterone and the testing lab made that somewhat clear in their printout. She spoke so fast I could barely understand her. When I told her this she continued at the same rate. She spent less than 5 minutes to explain this new "diagnosis" and recommended hormones from her pharmacy friend...only. She also pushed vitamins from her pharmacy friend...only. No other vitamins or hormones are acceptable. When I sent her a letter questioning the diagnosis and asking for a new blood test to properly determine my progesterone level based on my day of my cycle, she sent me a letter dropping me as a patient. Taking extra progesterone is not super dangerous, but it is quite a racket they have going there. The hormones are 56. a month, the vitamins are 70+ a month...and that is for a completely healthy person. I have some of the healthiest blood work they have ever seen. Please don't fall for this trap. They are screwing a lot of people and insurance companies without helping healthy people.

    Sparks, Dr. Robert W.
He really cares about his patients. He is much better than the previous doctor we had in town. He doesn't care about money. He has taken care of us when we are sick.
