  My initial complaint was I had not heard back from Holly, as well as, three other companies. Since the printing of my review, I not only received a call from Holly, it appears there really is a blackhole out there. It seems Holly had answered my request and I did not receive it. Since then Holly planned our trip, made sure we had everything we needed, as well as kept tabs on us while we were gone. There were a couple of hiccups on our trip beyond her control. Holly was more than willing to work on our behalf to take care of those problems. I recommend her wholeheartedly and have shared her name and number with several friends upon my return.

  BLUE SPRINGS MARINE

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE! My boat now has stains all over the interior that they say is algae/bacteria. Has never been put away wet or stored outside except for the 5 weeks it took to get simple pre-scheduled service completed. I'm now out thousands of dollars for re-upholstering the boat. When I tried (very calmly and politely) to discuss with someone higher than the service writer, I experienced ZERO interest in my situation from the owner or general manager. No "sorry", no referral to upholstery or cleaning service, no suggestions at all, and no discount on the poorly performed service. Just "it's not our problem" with an attitude of dismissal and condescension. Take a look at the smug responses to the many negative online reviews.

  Brunners Quality Decks

  Excellent! The carpenters arrived on time, every day, and work steadily throughout the day. The quality of the work is wonderful. The entire team is very efficient. Bruners was great to work from estimate, as we arranged to get permission from our HOA for a polyboard deck, to staying in contact during the process, to work completerion. They even built me a box to store my propane tanks on the deck. Some touch up work is needed after the weather turns warm in 2019.

  Midwest Marine

  Real friendly when I brought the boat in on Mon, service guy tells me it's an easy job and takes my info down. Four days later I called and boat hadn't made it into the shop yet and in fact I had to describe the boat and give my info again. Service guy gives me the old "mechanic is bringing it into the bay today" line. The following Tuesday I called to check status (since they hadn't called with an estimate yet). I mentioned it had been over a week and I was looking for any estimate info when the service manager stops me and tells me I can just come pick it up. I picked it up the next day. Never once did they tell me the service side was swamped or when they might get to it and I was not rude or demanding at any time. I can understand an establishment being busy but Midwest Marine just completely blew me off with a big ** on top.

  Brunners Quality Decks

  To put it simply, the Brunner's crew knocked it out of the park. From the beginning, my contact Lawrence (foreman/GC) was a trusted expert. He helped guide the process through the planning phase; he wisely talked me out of enclosing our existing deck and into building a new screened porch from the ground up. He was a great resource to have in the mix as an architect and civil engineers drew up plans. Lawrence made sure the space wasn't overbuilt which preserved aesthetics and reduced building costs. He also added great suggestions to elevate the look of our deck from how the piers attach to the concrete, to wrapping otherwise-exposed pine in cedar for a consistent look. Once plans were approved, Lawrence went the extra mile, literally, going to the architect's office to pick them up and taking them to the City of Leawood for our permit. After the permit was issued, the Brunner's crew was all over it. They demolished our old deck in an afternoon. Then, after the new patio was poured and set (separate provider) they were off and running. While the weather was decent when they first started the project, it quickly turned bitterly cold. I told them we weren't in a hurry and they could wait out the weather, but they were out there every December morning before 8am working full days even as temps dropped into single digits. The workmen were fast and professional, left no mess, and they did an outstanding job. Brunner's also contracted a roofer (Jacob) for this project whose work was on the same incredible high level as their own crew. Now that the construction is complete I couldn't be happier. As soon as it warms up, we'll be living out there!

  Brunners Quality Decks

  I could not ask for a better outcome. Each step was explained to me by Mr. Brunner. He arranged for the permit, insepction by city was completely approved and a utility worker to mark any buried service lines. These documents werre given to me for my records. The crew arrived at 8:00am and started working immediately. The old deck was knocked down and frame work began. Screws were used instead of nails and all support post were installed in cement. This was not done by the orginal home builder. Because of snow and rain unable to work for two days BUT on the day it did not rain and it was 43 degrees outside the crew was here to finish the job at 7:30AM. Unbelieveable. I HAVE THE UPMOST RESPECT FOR THIS COMPANY. QUALITY WORK and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION are very IMPORTANT to Mr. Brunner and I am one PLEASED customer. You can not go wrong with BRUNNER'S QUALITY DECKS INC.

  Brunners Quality Decks

  Mr. Brunner's list means you get his full attention when you turn comes and he and his crew are working on your project.  They are not juggling several jobs at once--just yours.  I was able to use the wait time to do some site preparation:  remove an old patio, move a water spigot, and add an exterior electrical outlet.  Mr. Brunner was able to steer me away from several design problems to features that will make using the deck much easier.  For example, I had wanted the deck floor the same height as the house floor.  Based on his advice, it was installed about 2 inches lower so that the exterior door will not get blocked with snow.  I had wanted the privacy screen to start at the floor.  He explained that a "sweep space" of about 4 inches would permit me to sweep leaves and snow off the deck very easily.  These and many other good ideas and suggestions resulted in a really good-looking and serviceable addition to my home.  Mr. Brunner arranged for delivery and pick-up of the construction materials, and kept the site clean.  He worked side by side with his crew.  He took the trouble to explain how the light control works, and left me with owner's manual for it.  I enjoyed getting to know Mr. Brunner and have great respect for his honesty and work ethic.

  Prestige Transportation

  I have nothing but good things to say about our experience using Prestige Transportation. We scheduled their Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Limo for 3 hours of use for my wife’s 30th birthday and had an absolute blast going from Lee’s Summit to Downtown Kansas City and then back a couple hours later. Our driver, Frederick, showed up early, was extremely professional, kind, and helpful in making sure we were all comfortable, had everything we needed, and knew how to operate the WiFi/TV within the Sprinter limousine. I would happily request Frederick again! The interior of the Mercedes-Benz limo was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our party of 10, we also had ices waters and glasses, full control of the A/C, WiFi, and Apple TVs on the front and back sides as well. We loved the party lights and awesome stereo system as well! Prestige Transportation definitely helped make our event even more special and was a truly fun experience for us and our family. I would definitely recommend Them to anyone wanting a professional limousine service in the Kansas City area!
