    Wegner Plumbing
Raymond was the installer and he called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival and he was on time. He did an excellent install and cleaned up afterword. He updated the connections to bring them up to city code and called an inspector to approve his work. I'm very satisfied with the service. I paid for the install through Lowes so all of those installation costs were negotiated with Lowes and I had no discussion about cost with anyone from Wegner.

Showed up when they said they would and completed all projects satisfactorily. I made a few changes after he had prepared the initial estimate. Subtracted a few projects and added some new ones. All were completed as requested. Would definitely hire again.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were very neat and considerate of using living in the house. They cleaned up behind themselves. They were fast and completed sooner than they projected. The first bathroom took 2 1/2 days because it was a smaller job. The second one took about 6 days.

    Plumb Magic
Plumber was a bit late for first call of day around ~9:30am, when I was expecting closer to 8-8:30am.  I had to make a couple of calls to the office before I got an estimated arrival time, so we could plan morning bathroom time for three adults around.  All went smoothly after that.  Problem was shower water would turn to scalding hot if water was used at same time in any other area of home.  He quickly diagnosed problem as worn or failed pressure valves in each of the four tub/shower faucets in the home originally installed in 1986.  He gave a price to replace all four, but it was more than we could swallow at once, especially since other two two bathrooms are seldom used for showering.  Although I suffered a bit of "sticker shock", I agreed to proceeding with installation of basic level replacement faucets.  Zack said he had another job promised for that morning but that he could return after lunch to install the faucets.  He returned as promised and began work.  He accessed the first faucet valve by cutting a small 10" x 10" hole in drywall from behind.  The second was not acccessible from behind, and he had to replace from front cutting a horizontal oblong hole in tub/shower.  The front access is supposed to be more time consuming, so they charge ~$60 more than rear access.  Actually, both jobs took about an hour each.  He did basic clean-up as mutually agreed, and I followed with more extensive cleaning after he left to pass my wife's cleanliness standards.
Overall, I found this service call to be a positive experience and would use this plumbing service again.  The problem was resolved in one day, and they give you a reasonable warranty of 5-yeaars parts and labor.  Zack was very pleasant and professional and kept me informed.  He even tolerated a few of my stories and corny jokes.  Plumbing is expensive folks, but I believe you get what you pay for.

    Wenger Plumbing & Appliance Installation
They were very nice and professional. They made sure to get her a new hot water heater for free since the last one was only two years old. Most importantly, they knew to tell her not to have anything done to the heater before talking with the manufacturer as to not void the warranty. They did good work and it was approved by the mandatory Jefferson City inspection.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
I indicated clearing of sewer pipe from main to backyard area drain.  Positive experience. no additional charges for extended use of equipment & labor and explained more extensive digging and pipe replacement that would be required in the future and estimated costs and labor/equipment charges could be needed.  Excellent service and honest feedback on core issue. would use in future if same worker Dave

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
He ran from Main (city sewer line to my patio to clean out approx. 130ft line, which is offset or broken in yard.  No charge for extra cabling or extended labor time. Recommends future excavation 2 ft deep to fix 4"sewer drain line.  Job estimated at $1600.00 and 20% for materials and labor. He was informative, reliable and willing to explain problem and eventual solution (which is costly). Immediate sewer problem resolved temporarily.

    Mike Howell & Son Plumbing
We had discovered that our old hot water heater had quit working and was leaking badly on a Sunday evening.  I called Mike Howell and Son Plumbing (based on a good BBB rating) the first thing Monday morning and was told that they would bring a new one out to install in one hour.  The fact that they could fix my problem so quickly impressed me.  About fifteen minutes later I received a phone call that it would be an additional 30 minutes; the job that they were working on before mine was taking a little longer than anticipated.  Curtis and his helper showed up and immediately began working to replace the old hot water heater.  In roughly an hour, I had a new hot water heater and hot water in the house.  The installation was well done, they were very punctual, and I was impressed that they called a second time to tell me they would be later than they first told me.

Arrived in a timely manner and started to do the repairs immediately.. Both the owner-Nick and his assistant were very careful and made sure all plumbing that was reapaired worked properly before leaving.

    Michael Schaefer Remodeling, LLC
Not much to say really - Michael showed up on time, did the work with a minimum of muss and fuss, and that was it. When I called him back to ask him to respond to a minor issue with the plumbing repair, he was there right away, and made it right at no charge. I recommend this company.
