    AWESOME!!! Brady found that the pan in my AC was clogged. He made a new drain for the unit and also did a complete service on the unit...charged it up, cleaned it, even wired it properly. There was a lot wrong. IT ONLY COST ME $200!! He saved me $5,800!! Unit runs great, no leaking. He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him. He really knows his stuff and is fair.

    HORRIBLE!!! The estimate was for $7000 but when he came to do the install and measure the price was $9000. I paid in full and it took him until winter was well in effect to come install the furnaces. My house was FREEZING!!! He asked to wait until spring to install the AC units (I have 2 furnace's, and 2 AC units due to the size of the house) however when spring came he had every excuse under the sun why he couldn't be here, not to mention I finally had to mention a lawsuit in order to finally get him here. When he did finally come, he used improper wire, left my roof unsealed which caused leaks, and a huge mess on my hands. I was screwed out of my warranty, among other things. He has the worst customer service EVER!!! I could go on for days! He has since filed bankruptcy and is now operating under a new name. BEWARE! Kevin Adams is NO GOOD!!!

    They're reasonable, they will work with you, they show up when they say they're going to. I've used them in the past. I like them, I like the fact that he was willing to work with me and that he would do what I needed him to do. That's why I used him. I would use them again. I'm satisfied with the price, I'm satisfied with their professional, I'm satisfied with everything that they have done.

    I was having some problems with nosebleeds, my humidifier on my heater was not working and they had come and installed a new unit. They removed the old one, patched the hole where the old one was and installed the new one and ran all the water lines to it. I knew them before. They just had the willingness to work with me as far as what I could afford and things like that. They were just accommodating. I used them because I had used them before and so I trusted their work. So I didn't really compare prices. I think I looked online to see what the units normally would run and I think their price was fair and was not inflated. So I felt confident using them. I can't really tell if it was any cheaper or any higher than anybody else.

    It went all right, it was a lead in which I knew it would be. They did an excellent job. They had two guys here for a couple of hours. They looked at everything, I was really impressed with all of that. Eventually, they came up with all of the stuff that needed to be replaced. They wanted $550 to replace all of the parts and one was $30 and the other was $40. Another air conditioner guy said that he could do it for $70 or $80, it would be at the most $125 or $150. I got gouged on the back end. They said that they could do two more checks for $49 and I told them that they are going to over price me. I said that I'm not going to pay it, I'm going to go someplace else and get it done. That's not fair to you guys and I don't want to do that. I was very impressed until the end when they hit me with all of this other stuff.

    They fixed the problem
    But it very costly and I feel that a part that only cost $15 should not have been billed for $233
    I had another problem with my air conditioner the next week and when I talked about my bill with another company they said I was the part should have been only $15 and that they Classic Aire charged me too much.
    I was not happy called them back
    The service manager got smart with me and said  ..."i'm not going to apologize for anything we did"  We were right 
    Nothing was resolved with him ....He was rude and not listening to my complain

    They were very prompt, showing up during the timeframe quoted. They took a look and asked if we had done anything different than our usual. It turns out that the difficulty was from using a new type of furnace filter. Our machine was very old and we had decided to use a more dense filter to get rid of more dust from the air. Unfortunately, the furnace couldn't push air hard enough to get it through the filter we had tried..... so it was overworking to get the air cooled. They were very professional, and since they didn't do anything more than look and ask a question, they didn't charge us. We are definitely going to call them when we have trouble again.

    I came to know Butzer's staff through working with them through my job. At the time they didn't do a lot of house calls b/c they were focused more on business but they agreed to help and I found them to be professional and thorough in their work. They may cost a little more than the competition but they stand by their work and offer a guarantee behind it. Who else does that? I have even trusted them to come into my home when I was not home to service my unit and lock up afterwards without any problems. I have never, ever had a problem with them or their staff. Service members even call before they come to your house to let you know they are xx minutes out and confirm that it is still ok for them to come by. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else to service my home. To me, they are family.

    Would recommend. Purchased a new furnace at a fair price and the crew that installed the unit was professional and left the work area clean and you could not tell other than the new furnace they had been there.

    This was wonderful. I got the same comments from the owner of the company that the furnace was a better model, but older. THey only deal in LENNOX and had the part that was needed. It was confirmed that this was not a common part, but as they only dealt with this one company, they had one. He installed it, and here is what surprised and delighted me, he did not charge me. He said leave it in for several days, as the weather was not going to be as cold the next couple of days, but, he wanted to make sure it worked and solved the problem before charging me. If this was not it, and he was certain it would not be, he would remove the part, and get me the estimate a new unit. He did know his stuff, and my home has been warn these past few months!
