AHilltop Home RepairsDonnie was punctual and professional. He was upfront about pricing and transparent throughout the entire process. He gave us all options available for completing the service correctly and let us choose the best for what we wanted in the end. He even assisted me in finishing the final stages of one of my own projects without asking or charging just so I could have everything done in time to surprise my wife with everything when she came home for lunch (video on his Facebook). Price was more than fair and just cant say enough about the service. Haha he even put up with our 1 year old supervising and barking orders (gibberish) at him. AScholes ConstructionWorkers arrived on time and stayed a full 9 hours for 2 days and returned for another 1/2 day when the washer dyer was installed. Tile flooring looks wonderful; you cannot tell where the new tile was installed. The new vanity is great and the washer dryer work well. My home is older and not easy to work on. The guys did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves every day. Plumbing and vent system work well. I will use them again!- Mary H.

AWITHROW ELECTRICI was called by the main office within 24 hours of requesting a quote. 2 Technicians arrived promptly at the appointment time and took a moment to get the understanding of my concerns and got right to work. The work ended up being half as expensive as I was originally quoted and the work is fantastic. They checked the wiring in the light fixture I was concerned about and fixed it quickly. Very satisfied with the work done. (additionally, they made sure to clean up any mess that happened while working) They were done within an hour and made payment easy.- Walter B.

ACraftsman Electric IncI liked them because they were prompt. I called a couple of companies that was on Angie’s List but I did not get any prompt response from them. This guy called me back within several hours. He came right out to the house and gave me an estimate through the telephone. He was able to schedule the work very quickly. ARyno Resources provided free estimates on my deck project, including repair &/or rebuild and pricing on various wood or composite materials available to use. In the deck work, new footings were added to provide an easier replacement of support beams, should that ever be needed in the future. His work was meticulous and care was provided in the complete deck rebuild with the chosen materials I requested. The build is more solid than the original deck. Requested finishing touches were seen to and the job completed in a timely manner. Thank you for providing the services I needed!

ARandolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!

AHad a lot of work done. I needed ceiling lights, connected to wall switches, put in for 4 second floor bedrooms, which had no existing light fixtures. Ed cut holes in the ceiling and installed 4 electrical boxes (fasten 3 studs and one brace). Then he went up into the attic, ran wire to the wall switch, and put in new double switches. He then installed 3 ceiling lights and one ceiling fan. Next he went back up into the attic and ran new wire into 5 closets, and installed lights in them. Those lights were connected to the double switches he had installed before. Ed then replaced an older ceiling light with a new one. Finally, he replaced a couple of older breakers with new ones and put in some blanks too. Ed charges a Flat Rate for the work, so if it takes longer, it does not cost more. He is very profession, shows up on time, and works hard for the entire time he is there. I plan on having him come back in the future to do some more work that needs to be done.

AI called and asked for an estimate and they sent out a tech to review the situation. Once he reviewed the situation a sales person came out and we talked options. He offered several different unit types, some lower and some higher priced. He recommended replacing my entire HVAC system but the service tech said that the furnace was in good shape. I chose not to replace the furnace (doubled the price and reduces the efficiency of the AC unit) but the sales person didn't pressure me to do otherwise. They sent out 2 techs and they worked most of the day, had to leave to get some parts that were not packed with the unit once. Overall they were clean and courteous. Price was about what I expected. Only complaint was I was told they would return with warmer weather to check the unit but have not heard back. I plan and following up with that myself.
