    Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling
Pointed out our toilet had disintegrating gaskets and would start leaking Sooners rather than later. We opted to replace the toilet as it was an older unit. Work was done quickly. Technician was great. Their prices are a bit on the high side, but we have used them for years and have always had good service and results. We are very satisfied.

Excellent and professional service. I did throw them a bone though and they came through. I've always loved Rheem hot water heaters. The one they were replacing was a Rheem installed in 1986 - 30 years of life from a hot water heater! I wanted a specific Rheem model to replace it. They normally don't carry Rheems in stock, but promised that they'd get the model I wanted. I was warned that the price would be little higher than their original quote of $825.00 for the water heater, installation an haul-away. I was beyond pleasantly surprise when the they got the exact Rheem model I asked for and the total price was on $850.00. So, in 30 years when this one dies, I'll be calling Val Gross again!!!

We called him this morning and he was here this afternoon to remove our old (dead) hot water heater, haul it away, and install the new one.  Very quick response and follow through.  Was able to resolve our issue on short notice and the price was very good.  He was a professional on the job and it is very much appreciated so we don't have to go days without any hot water.   We will continue to use him for all our plumbing needs at our house and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Dave was awesome! He figured out what the problem was (I had another company out and they wanted to charge a lot of money and didn't even find the problem) right away and was able to come up with a solution at a very affordable price. He was very professional and explained things so that anyone would be able to understand. I will not hesitate to call him for other things that may need to be fixed.

    TED'S Heating and Cooling
My air conditioner stopped cooling one morning and I found Ted's using Angie's list. When I called to set up a service call I actually got Ted himself. He was very courteous and told me he could get to me that afternoon. He called about 12:30 and said he would be out about 1:00. He arrived when he said he would. When he got here he quickly assessed the issue and fixed it. He also replaced my thermostat that I requested. I asked him to check my water heater. Although it shows it was installed in 1998 Ted told me that it was fine and did not need to be replaced at this time. He was very nice, showed me the part on my air conditioner that he replaced. His fee was very reasonable and I will definitely use him again the next time I need heating or cooling service. A very pleasant experience all around.

R Mech Heating Cooling & Plumbing
When our water tank went out R-Mech's quick response was a pleasant experience. After our consoltation we agreed on adding a larger water heater and was giving quick estimate in which we accepted. R-Mech shuffled around their scheduling  to get us our new tank as quickly as possible since living without a hot shower was a unpleasant experience. With less than a few hours of work they replaced our tank to our satisfaction and hauld the old tank away. Without hestitation I would recommend R-Meck to anyone with a need for a plumber.

    Andy's Pipe Dream
We have taken over responsibility of an older home that has been in the family for almost 50 years. The home was built in the 1940s, and other than an addition done prior to 1968 and the addition of central air in 1995, little has been done in the way of upgrading the house. Consequently, the original galvanized steel pipes are in their final days. Although we weren't ready to make a decision on how much we are wanting to take on at this point in time, we were needing to hook up a washer and dryer and the existing set-up looked a little sketchy.  We called to see if we could get someone out prior to delivery of the appliances, and even though we were heading into a holiday weekend, they got us on the schedule for Tuesday morning. They were great about understanding that I wasn't even sure what we needed, and they were willing to come out and take a look. Chad arrived promptly and not only replaced the pipes and installed a new shutoff valve, but fixed another leaky pipe in the area, and answered questions about our water heater (replacement options) and remaining plumbing. Although there is obviously a lot of potential work to be completed in the future, we really appreciated the fact that there wasn't pressure to do more work than we were needing to be done for right now and he was great about helping us prioritize future projects based on urgency and affordability. A note about my "B" rating on cost...we have used a major plumbing company in the past, and the price seemed comparable. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for, so I don't have an issue with the charges. I feel they were fair and reasonable. It just seems like saying "Excellent" might be a little misleading depending on your income bracket.

R Mech Heating Cooling & Plumbing
I received a call from R-Mech fifteen minutes before their arrival time, letting me know they were on their way. Two servicemen arrived on time. At the door they said good-afternoon Mrs.__ and proceeded to introduce themselves. Immediately, they put on shoe-covers, and followed me to the bathroom with the broken handle. There they discussed the projects then split up. The apprentice began work on the sinks while the lead serviceman worked on the shower handle. Then when his work was complete, the lead-man overviewed the apprentice's work and helped him complete the job. Both were very professional and respectful, left no mess, while completing the work quickly and efficiently. The price I paid included labor and parts. I felt it was quite a fair price. This was my second time to use them for a job. The first time I had R-Mech install a tankless hot-water heater. Obviously, they did such a fine job the first time, I used them again! I absolutely LOVE my new hot water heater! I will NEVER use anyone else for my plumbing needs.

    MVP Electric, Heating & Cooling
The extra charge was due to the existing electrical box being full and needing to add a small electricl box.  Scheduling worked out pretty good.  He needed to make a return visit to install the second electrical box. His communication was fine and the price seemed fair.
