    Matt and his crew worked their tails off and successfully moved our belongings quickly. They showed up on time ready to work and had a crew of 5. I hope to not move again for a long time, but if we do I���d happily use them again.

    I submitted a quote request, left two messages, called back and left a message with the owner and service manager and never heard back. I left a message as a veteran and the request as a Christmas present for my husband when my request back in August was never returned. If they are this busy, they should remove their ad.

    We did not use the services, however, Matt from PakPros was very professional and gave a very competitive estimate. He was willing to shuffle his schedule around just to accommodate our schedule. Matt was very responsive to my questions and concerns and I will definitely contact them again if I need a moving company!

    Frank and his crew of 4 men did a great job. Frank called the day before to confirm our appointment and he and his crew were punctual, professional and extremely efficient. They all were also very personable as well, which is a nice bonus. They moved an HE washer, dryer and large, metal bookcase from basement. They also moved a china cabinet with a hutch, solid oak roll top desk, solid oak entertainment cabinet, 5 glass front bookcases, a dresser, a digital piano, loveseat, large arm chair and queen size mattress and box spring from the first and second floors. They had everything loaded in the truck and secured in a little less than a half and hour. They were equally efficient getting everything moved into the new place. When Frank told me how much I owed, I was shocked. I expected to pay quite a bit more. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to my real estate agent for her referrals to other clients.

    The move went as smoothly as could be expected with moving so many things. They sent two men who were on time and ready to work. There turned out to be even more to our move than we first thought. They really could have used three men, but they were pleasant and just kept going until the job was done. I have one small dent in my refrigerator, but all in all I was very satisfied! I would definitely hire this company again.

    So the picture included is the pile of stuff All My Sons movers didn't grab because there "wasn't room" which is false i saw plenty of room in the back. We paid over $900. For 5 hours of work and an hour of travel time.(we moved 23 minutes away) We had a bunch of stuff set aside for donating, and we showed them the other pile of stuff they were supposed to grab, they took several of our "take" bags and tossed them onto the donate pile. (so glad we checked!) When we got here, we noticed Mom's Fallout4 CD isn't anywhere to be seen, so we continue to look through this last week, and again when we get back to the old place. It's no where to be found and I remember that one of the movers we had to let back in at the end because he left his backpack inside.... I'm sayin' Why you need a bag inside a place you are moving stuff out of??? 2 of the 3 guys were surly and acted like they were doing us a favor to be there. They didn't put things where we asked them to with the exception of large furniture. We will NEVER use All My Sons Moving again and definitely will not recommend them to people we like.

    Great! Highly recommend. Answered the phone immediately upon calling and able to provide an estimate on cost and time expected; allowed me to confirm possible time/date (1st thing the following AM) with the other homeowner, call back and finalize w/o feeling as though I needed to make a split second decision. Movers moved a 30+yo grand piano (65x57x38) with minor scratches/nicks already/previously there and did a fantastic job. Professional, prompt, friendly, efficient (and that's hard to come by when having hourly workers based on previous experiences with other companies). Three men moved a bench and piano from one home to ours and took great care of both homes-no damage/scratches/etc. at either location. They used heavy drop/moving blankets, ramp, own/professional tools to break down and rebuild the piano. Moved from 1st floor of one home to 1st floor of ours w/ both homes having approx 3-4 front steps in/out of home. Terrance, Kellen, & Mike were our movers and would highly recommend for piano moving; believe w/o a doubt that they would carefully move any piece of furniture/boxes just as delicately. Took pride in their work and although trying to prevent multiple moves/shifts in our room to set the piano, they were willing to move it to exactly where we wanted it (although planned, I'm bad at visualizing best spot so moved from front of room against wall to shifting it farther down same wall to back of 10' room). They cleaned up and were on their way. Fair price (imo) and less than quoted over the phone b/c they were so efficient (less than 3hrs from when they left their site in Indep., MO. to completing the job at our house in southern KC area). Highly recommend and everything was great! Thanks again!

    Excellent. Prompt and informative meeting to get the estimate, good follow up prior to moving time. Crew came to the house to do packing and preliminary loading 2 days prior to move day. Crew returned promptly on move day and departed on schedule. Some of the same crew who loaded went with the truck to Missouri and unloaded right on schedule. Very good experience all around. Strong, energetic, careful, and pleasant workers.

    We are downsizing and wanted to move some of the furniture and items from the house we are selling to our new home. Robert and Frank were on time and were very professional. They worked very quickly and were very kind. I will use them again.

    I had hired this company to load a moving truck for my daughter who was moving across country. Bryan, the owner, required a $100 deposit (he called it a deposit when he required that I pay something up front). Unfortunately, our plans changed and I no longer needed their services. When I called to cancel, he said "no problem"; however, he wasn't sure how to actually refund my money with the system they use. I told him he could write me a check. He said he would figure something out. Two weeks later, I called because I had not received my refund. He thanked me for calling because he said he had completely forgotten since they had been so busy. At this point, he said "I really shouldn't even refund this because it was a non-refundable deposit." I told him he had NEVER told me that. Again, he said he would send my refund. Today, I called yet again (another two weeks) because I still don't have the refund. Now, his story has changed once more. He said today that he doesn't even have enough money to refund me...business has been extremely slow and he doesn't have any money. He told me to call him Monday and he might be able to come up with $50!! How many more stories is he going to tell? DO NOT use this guy! He does NOT run a legitimate business. What a loser.
