  It went ok, but I was disappointed that two of the vents in the guest bedroom were missed as I looked later and saw plenty of dust in each. I wished I had followed the worker around to each vent to ensure they were all done. Hopefully I won't come across additional vents that were missed.

  Dan showed up on time. He cane in looked at our dryer and where the outside vent was then he got to work. He was so very nice and pleasant while he was working. When he was finished he packed up everything them explained what he did and the usual mantainance for the dryer vent.

  All Clear Dryer Vent Cleaning came out and inspected the dryer venting system with a nifty video camera and showed us immediately that the air flow was almost completely plugged up with lint. The camera was a great perk to be able to know FOR SURE if we needed the vent cleaned or not.  The technician was very thorough & knowledgeable. Took him a little over an hour. Since the cleaning the dryer is working SO much better! Saved us from making a mistake of buying a new dryer and having the SAME PROBLEM!!! Thanks All Clear! Highly recommend this company ;)

  Mr. Millman arrived shortly before our appointment time.  He introduced himself and explained that he was going to look at our dryer vent with a video camera.  After that, if it was needed, he would remove our vent piping and clean it and then replace it.  The whole procedure only took about 45 minutes from start to finish.  I showed him where our dryer was and where it was vented to.  He then took his camera/video and ran it through the entire piping.  It did indeed show some build-up of lint as we have never had this done before. Hadn't really even thought of it.  He then removed the piping, cleaned it, and replaced it. He cleaned up the area he was working going so far as to wipe down the dryer and washer.  We were very satisfied with his quality of work, expertise in his explanation of services, and his professionalism.  His showing up early was also a plus as we had other errands to do afterwards and were able to attend to those without being late ourselves.  I would highly recommend All Clear Dryer Vent Cleaning for your dryer vent cleaning provider.  I have also told some of my friends and family.

  They were a little late arriving, however, that didn't pose a real problem. They called to advise a later arrival time. They cleaned all the duct work in the house and one dryer vent.   The representative was professional, courteous, and helpful. He went above and beyond with the service, even cleaning the tops of our kitchen cabinets while he was up there to clean a vent. He kept us informed throughout the process. I can't believe how much filth was able to be removed - nearly a cubic foot of birds nest material was removes from the drier vent!   They gave me a time frame of 1-4 P.M for arrival, but did not arrive until almost four.  They did call about 3 to say they were on their way.  The service took about 1 1/2 hours.  They were professional, friendly, and efficient.  I have a second floor condo unit with the dryer vent a little over 20 feet off the ground, so they had to borrow a ladder from the ground maintenanc crew, but were careful with putting the ladder back in it's designated spot.  There was little clean-up, but what there was they did as a matter of course.  I was impressed with their efficiency and professionalism as they got right to work with no time wasted.  I had the estimate up front and they stayed within the estimate.
