    Contacted Dunn and we missed each other several times. Once I finally spoke with someone, I explained what I needed done at the home and knew I would want a more efficient unit upon replacement of the existing unit. I took pics for him and was told they would get back with me with a game plan. I did tell him no rush because it was hot and I wasn't using the heater anyway. Eight days later, I still had not heard anything from them. I began to get a little concerned and at least expected a call about the game plan by then. I figured the replacement t could still wait. I finally cancelled and I'm still waiting on my refund with no answer from Dunn after making several calls. I'm now asking Angie's list to step in months later.

    They installed the blowing unit incorrectly and the didn't catch upon installation that I needed some duct work modification. They refuse to make it right. For over a year of them coming out and tweaking the unit they never addressed the real issue. It was only after I called the manufacturer of the Geo Thermal Unit and a manufacture rep and the owner of Baker came out did they admit the issues. Even at that point they refuse to make it right. I have a letter from the manufacturers rep outlining the problem one of which is the blower unit was installed incorrectly and that the duct work has some turn issues as well as size issues. I had two other companies out and both companies agree that if done on install it would have been $1000-$2000 to fix but now it will be closer to $8-$10K because they would have to take out the blower unit and start all over. Baker refuses to address the issue at all! The problem is I paid a TON of money for the GEO thermal to reduce my energy bills and in fact they are the same. I am freezing because I have to keep the house at 62-65 to afford the electric bill because the unit runs on emergency heat because it is starving for air because the incorrect install. The blower unit will also not last as long because it isn't operating properly. The owner cussed at me when I questioned him. He said, "I don't give a F%$#K what anyone else says. I feel because I am a female they are taking advantage of not making this right.

    David was wonderful. He was professional, pleasant to talk to, and honest. Our units work now! When he discovered that we were low on coolant and our units were on their last leg, he didn't push. He took the time to explain the problem to me and all of our options. We chose to postpone replacing the units and seek service in the spring. Thanks to David's explanation, I felt confident that we made the best decision for our situation. We look forward to working with Vitt Heating & Air Conditioning again.

    Steve at Noll heating & cooling gives the best service possible, this is the second time I've called him in the last few years for different problems. This time my outdoor AC unit's fan was making all kinds of noise after it would run for a long time. I called Steve on 4/26 to let him know the problem I was having & we both agreed the fan motor was probably on it's way out & may completely fail soon. I took a picture of the sticker of my unit with the model & all the other info he needed and texted it to him. Steve came out the next day with the correct part & quickly had me going. I had also asked him to see if it needed a charge while he was here, he was honest & told me it did not need it after he checked. He also cleaned dirt & vegetation from the cooling fins and explained why I need to keep them clean. I think Steve told me he's been doing this for 34 years, he delivers the honest old school service that's getting harder to find anymore. I also thought the $205.00 he charged me was more than reasonable as I was expecting to pay more.

    I called multiple businesses to have someone charge the new split air conditioner system I had installed in my office first thing in the morning, none of which even bothered to call me back by the end of the day. I saw that Noll was close to my house so I called & spoke to a very nice guy who was out within a few hours. He did a fantastic job installing a unit that I bought elsewhere. All at a reasonable price. I put his stickers over the Crystal heating & cooling stickers that were on my furnace (They had installed when the house was new, they were my first call & never called back). I had a problem with my AC last night, Noll is the one I'm calling.

    The entire process went great from start to finish. Nick Dolinic came out and surveyed my home and talked to me about the old heating and cooling system I had and what a new system would do for me. The price was very fair and reasonable. After agreeing to have him do the work, we set up a date to have the new system and hot water tank to be installed. His guys showed up ready to work.  They were very professional, friendly, and worked hard. The job was completed in a clean and timely manner.  I was and still am very happy with the work and system's installed. Everything is working great and I am very happy with the services that Nick Dolinic Heating and Cooling provided.

    The technician was not familiar with the Carrier brand and had some difficulty.  However, he persisted and was able to check the furnace and even replaced a fuse which was blown and part of his problem.

    They came and did an install on Thursday April 2, 2015, in which they were knowing they were unlicensed in our county. April 3rd, they called and wanted payment, which I was more than fine with once I saw the inspection and permit. Brian told me he would have to call in the permit, at which time I advised him a permit comes prior to a project. On numerous occasions I called the County and no permits had been applied for. Our next contact was May 2015, they had a contractor (licensed in our county) to come look at the work they did prior and then apply for the permit in his name. They had to make adjusts before the new contractor would approve it. August 26, 2015 they called and advised me they had a permit and that a county inspector would be contact us shortly (after they dropped off the permit). At this time I advised Brian, of our original agreement that I was paying with credit card. At which time he advised me that they no longer accept credit cards. We owe them money and would like to get it settled per original agreement!

    What can I say about Keith Gulley he is the absolute best just bought a new air conditioner and furnace and it only took him 5 hours to get done glad to have him as my friend also. Barnhart heating and cooling is a joke!
