ABud Anderson Heating & CoolingWe had a tech from a different company come out and “fix” it and then it quit working again the same day. Nick came and inspected it for safety as the tech from a different company should have but did not. Nick found our unit to be unsafe and needed to be condemned. I am very glad that your company/technicians are professional and take the proper steps to ensure safety instead of just repairing it and leaving me with an unsafe unit. He was very prompt, professional and explained everything very well so I had an understanding and visual of why the heater was condemned. It is clear that your company/technicians care not only about their job but also the customers overall safety. We will definitely hire you guys again!- Crystal C.

ABatesville Electric Heating and AirTheir service was really good, whenever I need the filters cleaned, I always calls them to service and clean the filters, and they always do a good job, usually it takes about a week for the air purifier filters to dry up, but they always have to come, clean the filters and then install it back again after it dries up. Initially all they need to do is use an air blower to clean, but it came to a point were it needs cleaning all the way, that the time they use liquid cleaning and this takes a week to dry up.- Martha W.

FCable's Heating & AirWe called to have a heat pump installed, and we got an electric heat system. We have a 119 year old 2 story farmhouse that we are still repairing. We contacted him and they did show up early, however, the workers he had employed at the time did not do much and he was not there to supervise them. It took four days to get it all installed. We have already had to have the unit repaired because the wrong wiring was used, there is no overflow spot so that the condensation does not leak onto our floor. We have to now figure out how to afford replacing this with the correct unit we had originally asked for because he is not willing to help where he messed up. I do not recommend this company because they are not very professional, and do not communicate at all. We were basically told "You are SOL and stuck with what you have." We did not ask for what we received, and he will not fix his mistake.- Amanda K.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AJoe did an amazing job! He was 15 minutes early, drove from Springfield to Stockton on a Saturday and completed all of the work in the time he projected when I first contacted him. We live in a cabin with cedar wood walls so this was not an easy job but no problem for Joe! Very professional! Very friendly! Answered texts immediately! You could not do better than this guy when looking for an electrician! If we ever need an electrician again, he's the only one I'll call!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
