AASAP CleaningAwesome! We were new to the area and needed someone to clean our home. We didn't know anyone and had no clue where to look. I happened to see an add in the paper for ASAP Cleaning and thought I would try them. To my surprise and great pleasure, I met two of the nicest people and have had an extraordinarily clean house for over a year. I am a professional woman and have had my house cleaned for over 30 years. ASAP Cleaning is very professional, honest, reliable, flexible and trustworthy. AASAP CleaningHe did an excellent job! He did an excellent job. I had quite a few stains, that had been there for several years and he was able to remove almost all of the stains (pet stains, grease stains, and other stains that i could not identify). CSome of the work was not done at all and the rest was done very poorly. I had to spend the entire weekend doing everything I had paid for. The only reason the overall rating came out as fair is a credit to the customer service department. The A ratings for Responsiveness and Professionalism are only for them. It took several emails but the issue was resolved the same day I contacted them with a full refund.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

FA bunch kids. They were four hours late. They did not bring the right equipment to move heavy pieces. (Said they forgot to bring the stronger hand-trucks.) The washer/dryer was connected wrong. Really bad!!
