AHandyman Plus Roofing & Construction LLCWe had to wait for weather and when the roof was taken off more extensive damage was discovered to the sheathing as well as a section of a main support beam. All the stringers were also shot. The crew worked through really cold weather for the area and finished as planned. A little higher than bid but that was expected. Crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. Overall very pleased. So pleased we are started a major bathroom remodel and if all goes well we will move to the kitchen.- John G.

They built me a utility shed complete with shingle roof, wood siding, doors, insulated with electrical installed and the entire exterior painted. They installed the drywall and painted the interior as well as installed the tile flooring. They were prompt, efficient and professional. They even did a few extra things for me while they were here at no charge. The place was cleaned up as if they were never here. I would recommend them to any one.- Marie O.

FMy wife and I requested quote to remove Two exterior doors and all the windows on main floor of house and replace with new doors and vinyl windows. Contract was signed and windows were to be ordered. Three weeks later I get a call from them. Not only have they not ordered windows but now they say the contract I signed was incorrect and the price for just the windows? The bid was for $7497.35 for just the windows? Additional $1800.00 for the two exterior doors? I have been doing rehabs for many years and have never had a company renege on their contract? I don’t believe it was a mistake since I received a bid from new company for over $1000.00 less than there bid including all the doors and window replacements. Bad way to do business. I would not recommend them if this is how they treated us!

AVery professional team of people, We were able to contact them easily, if we had questions they contacted us back quickly. When they said they would be there to work at a certain time they were. It was so nice to see a team of workers who cared about quality of there work and clean up every day before they left. They completed the project on time and made sure we were happy with everything that was done.

DThis company built my deck and we were very satisfied with the work. A few months down the line the ceiling was leaking. They honored their warranty and came to repair the ceiling. Since then we had them two more times to make repairs. But, the leaks only got worse and now our ceiling is collapsing. We were told that it was the gutters, so we paid $896 to install top of the line gutters. Still, the leaks continue. I emailed the company on November 3rd with pictures, asking them for an estimate on repairs, knowing that the warranty is expired. I contacted another contractor who said that the pitch of the roof wasn't adequate enough to run the water down off the roof. So we will be charged at least $4500-$5000 more to make repairs. I am disappointed in Tri-Lakes. We really liked the owner,mouth he hasn't been able to,resolve this issue for us. So here we go again.
