This place is amazing. The staff and veterinary was awesome. They explained in details what was needed when examining the kittens, you can tell how much they care. They did not rush. I felt very comfortable being there. I love how they comfort the kittens before giving them vaccinations. They only take care of cats which I love, the place is so clean. They even had litter and snacks in the room for them. I DEFINITELY Recommend them.

I have been going to this vet clinic for over 18 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have all been so caring to my animals during this time. I think they are fantastic and I would not go to anybody else!

Excellent care! One dog is in congestive heart failure and Dr. Appling worked on getting the right dose and combination of drugs to keep him happy and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic. We have also used their grooming and boarding services which are also excellent.

Everything went well. They were happy and healthy, just the same as when we dropped them off.

There aren't enough great things to say about the staff at Noah's Ark! Dr. Kris and Dr. Noella are such kind, caring vets and their passion for animals really comes through when you see them in appointments. My little girl can be a difficult patient, but they handle her with great care and make adjustments to help keep her calm and safe. The vet techs and receptionists are fantastic too, everyone who works here is very personable and knowledgeable. What really sells this place is how the doctors and techs involve pet parents with their animal's diagnostic and treatment information - they'll give you the technical terms, but also break it down so you can still understand what's going on even if you don't have a medical background. Sure, the building is a little awkward and outdated. Yes, the prices can be a tad high (markup is everywhere guys). But I will gladly drive 25 minutes from the Northland for care here!

They did a good job of painting the house trim and accents. Communication could have been better. I had to contact him several times to find out when the work would be done. Also, he promised to send a painter to touch up a few spots, but it didn't happen.

I've had my dog groomed here before with no problems. When I dropped him off this last time I was asked how I wanted him cut. I said the same as last time. My dog is a Bichon and usually they are groomed with a fuller face and lean body. Well, they practically shaved him down! I was not happy when I picked him up, but the staff didn't care and wouldn't do anything about it. Also, like another reviewer said, they insisted he be vaccinated for canine influenza. When I asked how many cases of dog flu have occurred in Kansas, she couldn't answer me. I felt it was an unnecessary expense. I won't be taking my dog here for grooming again.

After over 20yrs of entrusting 4 of our beloved dogs to the care of Dr. Carita Meyer & Blackbob Pet Hospital. My family & I made a long over due decision to leave this practice. We've spent a lot of time & money under false pretenses. Over the last several yrs, every visit has cost more & more. It's like being up-sold. You'd almost think they cared more about a quota than the actual care & thought of your pet. The staff upfront are any & everything but friendly. With exception, they're having a 'good' day. It appeared that wasn't often the case. Too, I can't speak for everyone. I don't care who smokes & who doesn't. I just don't want to check in @ the front desk after an employee took her smoke break & wreaked of cigarette smoke. Most disappointing, thinking after over 20yrs you've established a rapport & trust with your vet. Who is also the owner of the establishment. I made an appt, on my unpaid time to speak with Dr. Carita Meyer, specifically. Instead, I was pushed off onto her nurse. I asked repeatedly as to why Dr. Meyer was not the one with whom I was speaking. My question was ignored & I was spoken over again & again. I was given nothing but excuses. Eventually, after much run around, Dr. Meyer, graced me by her appearance. When entering the room her lips were pursed & a stern look on her face. As if I were in the wrong, considering my appt was scheduled with her, not her nurse. By this time I was frustrated, aggravated & over listening to excuses as to how they billed my dogs procedure. She proceeds to tell me she heard me. Basically stating she couldn't be bothered with me because I didn't have an appt that could be billed. How else could she have heard me if she wasn't the one in the room...? Needless to say, her body language, demeanor, & the dumbing down her talk, spoke volumes. That was the last straw. It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling to know after 20yrs & 4 dogs. My family, our beloved pets, & I, ultimately were a dollar sign. Not the valued clients we'd thought. Moral of the story. If you're in search of a Primary Vet. One that genuinely cares about the health & well being of not just your beloved pet, but you as well. I would strongly suggest avoid becoming another $1 in this establishment's bank.

We took our pet rabbit to these monsters. Our pet was left in their care and died overnight. They were very insensitive to our grief and were more concerned about the fact our 9 year old forgot his scamdemic COVID mask than being kind to us in our moments of grief.
