APlatinum PaintingThe job was done in a very timely manner. The men came one day and prepped the areas, covered furniture with plastic, covered ALL floors with paper. Repairs were made to the cracks in the ceilings. Once the repairs were made and dry, it was difficult to see where the repairs were. My ceilings have a slight texture (orange peel) and the match is undetectable. The men painted the ceilings, cleaned up whatever mess they had made and left me one happy customer! I would recommend Platinum again to anyone. Price was very reasonable and owner is great to work with. The complete job took 3 days to do. The men working were also polite, knowledgeable and hard working.- Judy H.

AJacob and Adam did a great job. They fixed out cabinet doors that were cracking from the previous paint job and painted our walls and two story entry way. All previous imperfections are no longer visible. I would hire them in the future and recommend them to everyone.

DHosted 7 estimates and selected Stack, not the cheapest however Tom Stack seemed very ethical and knowledgeable about the business. First strike was telling me my house was power washed while I was home all 7 days and nobody was seen on either of my cameras. Second strike was telling me that my columns needed to be replaced and including that in the estimate but then to have the Supervisor tell me that our columns were so rotted, he could not nail to it. I advised that the bid included tearing out the old ones and rebuilding them....later tells me he was not going to charge me for "building new ones since the wood was expensive". The pillars were constructed very poorly. All of the knots in the wood have seeped through the paint. Strike three, back door never painted....when advised, he answered, "well the door was locked". Final strike, adding $2,150 to the final bill after I agreed to the written estimate from the President. Since this time, with NO Exaggeration, I have had 7 residents and 1 landscaper approach me for advice on the painting company I used as they were looking for a quality painter. If each job estimates to $8k, I hope the trade-off of $2,150 was worth giving up $56k in work. Very disappointed and as I advised the supervisor at my home, I will not recommend this company.

AI was pleased with the work. The owner, Curt Coglizer, was good to work with. Cole was the man in charge of the work and he was also good to work with. Luis painted the outside of our house and did an outstanding job. The Pella windows are good quality. The siding and wood rot repairs were also very well done. Overall, Homeworks did a very professional job. We signed a contract in May of 2018. Because Homeworks was very busy, they were not able to start on our house until April of 2019. The work was completed in June of 2019.

CThe company did not provide a quote. I made it clear to the salesperson up front I was looking for competitive bids (to try to save time on the bidding process) on Provia exterior doors and was more or less told by the salesperson that they don't sell to price-conscious clientele and they don't repair doors because they don't want the headaches. By the reviews, I'm sure they are a great company, but with such an attitude and not even willing to bid the work (been a couple of weeks now), that is not likely a company I would want to work with anyway as it appears to me they don't want customers that might be demanding or actually have expectations on price or quality, and high price does not always mean good quality in my experience with the trades. The salesperson was nice and spent a fair amount of time explaining why they don't need my business. I've never been in that kind of position, but more power to them and I wish them well. I'd give an F for the smug and unhelpful company attitude who doesn't need my business and an A for at least coming and explaining why they don't need my business which is why I'm giving them at least a C for half-hearted effort.
