AAll Weather DecksWe hired All Weather Decks ("AWD") to construct a complete makeover from an old wood deck. We worked with Brett to create a seasonal room designed with multiple large windows to overlook the lake area, along with an open composite (Deckorators-Voyage) deck with a staircase that led down to the open patio. The footing and deck posts were covered with a stone veneer. The construction went well. We experienced a few issues such as clean-up and a damaged door, but they were timely addressed. We cannot say enough about Armando and the beautiful work of his finish crew. He was very professional, diligent and eager to please. He always cleaned up his work area each day. They made a great sell, and provided financing that worked within my budget. It may have taken a while to get the actual work started (due in part to the COVID pandemic slowing everything down) but they called me every two weeks with an update on my position in line. AAfter the first contact for a quote everything went smoothly, schedule was set and the scheduler called later to say they had a spot available 2 weeks ahead of set schedule, this worked well for us. Workers arrived on the scheduled date and began the cleaning and installation. Our home is ranch style but has a 20' plus elevation on the back side the 2 man crew came equipped with the necessary ladders to work on this portion safely. All fabrication was done onsite ensuring an exact fit on the existing gutters. By using this brand of gutter covers they blended well with our composite roofing and are nearly invisible from the street. Job was completed on schedule.

AProfessional, knowledgeable and trustworthy company! Austin inspected our gutters following a recent storm and said they were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated that he didn't take advantage of my ignorance and use the opportunity to make a sale. He also repaired a leak that was damaging our living room ceiling free of charge while he was here. Without a doubt we will be using Easton Roofing for any roof or gutter needs we have in the future!

Cthis was the second time I have had windows and doors done by this company. The first salesman and crew were excellent. But our second interaction was horrible from start to finish. The salesman was pushy and didn’t answer questions very well; most of the time, he would answer the question with the question. I just stopped asking him anything. But the worst part was Aaron, the install manager; he was rude and condescending. He has no business dealing with people. They were supposed to install on 11-23-2020, but he started his workers chose not to come into work because it was cold and might rain. So 15 minutes after our scheduled install time, he called us to tell us this. It never rained, and had Aaron done his job and shown up, and the job could've been completed.
