AC & C DrywallI could not be happier with C&C Drywall and would recommend to anyone. With looking to finish our basement we could not find anyone willing to help. I found this company on Angielist and on a whim left a message. Carlos responded quickly and came up for a bid. Their prices are competitive, and they did excellent work. All of his team were professional and Carlos stayed in contact throughout the entire process. They did a great job in cleaning up at the end as well which was a plus. We plan on having them back up to fix some existing drywall issues as well in the near future.- Jeff H.

He replaced door hardware, removed a section of cabinets from my kitchen and replaced with fresh drywall, hung a couple of ceiling fans and even a couple of wall art items. AK.R.M. Construction LLCI will 100% be hiring Kevin again and you shouldn’t hesitate to. We had a number of large cracks form in our house due to foundation issues and Kevin was able to repair them all and remove an old attic fan. Looking at our walls now, you would have never known there were previously cracks. In addition to quality of work, I really appreciated his commitment to doing the job right and offering to come back if we see anything we didn’t like/needed adjustment. I also never had to ask Kevin to wear a mask in our house which made me feel at ease and safe. He was also great about responding and keeping us up to date on the progress. AC & C DrywallI needed my popcorn ceilings scraped a month ago. I called several places and they all said it would be a 2-week project using a “wet” method. Then I called C&C Drywall. They were amazing. They did a “dry” method which only took 2 days and looked amazing. They looked as good as any scraped ceilings I have seen. I also have a family member who is an architectural engineer, and he gave the ceiling his seal of approval. They were very professional and were also half the price of the other companies I called. AI hired Dagos construction based on reviews from angies list and also talking with Orlando. He was very knowledgeable with painting the outside of my house. Orlando told me a date that he could get me in and he showed up at that date as promised. He said it could take anywhere from 3-5 days depending on weather and such. They were done in 2 days and the house looks beautiful. My husband and I are very pleased on how it turned out.

AProfessional, knowledgeable and trustworthy company! Austin inspected our gutters following a recent storm and said they were in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. I appreciated that he didn't take advantage of my ignorance and use the opportunity to make a sale. He also repaired a leak that was damaging our living room ceiling free of charge while he was here. Without a doubt we will be using Easton Roofing for any roof or gutter needs we have in the future!

AWe just finished our second kitchen renovation completed by Brackmann and could not be happier with the entire experience. They had performed a very modest cosmetic update to our previous home’s kitchen and now a complete rebuild of our current kitchen, which was more than twice as large. It’s difficult to find great contractors, so I wanted to leave a detailed review of somebody we’ve had an n=2 experience with. Everyone from the bidding process (Jeff), project management (Jason), and execution (Jason, Bobby, Zach, Jamie, Caleb) was cognizant that they were becoming part of your home. They were onsite on time, worked constantly through the day, took modest and well-deserved breaks, locked up the house, and were friendly and communicative when interacting with my family. They cleaned up and tidied daily, kept tools and materials organized in small locations, and were communicative about upcoming events that may cause temporary disruption to your schedule or home. Project management was also really impressive; Jason had to remember so many things for this job, in addition to other jobs for different clients. He had a daily timeline ready before the project began, which they adhered to nearly perfectly. He was prompt with emails, text messages, and addressed all questions that we had about process or the work being performed. I don’t think there was anything during the process that gave them much pause; decisions were made carefully but rather quickly. If we had questions about the workplan or work in progress, Jason answered those questions willingly and would go “above and beyond” to ensure that we understood what they were doing and the approach they were using. Brackmann has a great working relationship with their subs (for custom cabinets and countertops) and they do multiple projects together. During the process, we did change our mind on a couple of minor items or had small additions to scope; Brackmann was able to handle all of our requests smoothly without affecting the timeline drastically. Price was extremely competitive, especially considering the quality of materials, subcontractors, service, attention to detail, and experience. They are very transparent in the bidding process with respect to overhead and profit, down to the cent. Jason kept an up-to-date change order to capture the unexpected costs and our in-process additions, so we knew exactly where we were on price and how our asks affected the bottom line. A kitchen is the most complex room in a home in terms of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and finishes. To tackle this room in a month, from demo to punchlist, is really tough to do. Brackmann has talented personnel, great overall communication, and solid subcontractor relationships. We recommend them highly.

CPositives: they drywall work was smooth and precise in the end. They showed up when they said they would. Negatives: the owner likes to get out of doing work. Their workers aren't very detail oriented. They had to come in and do more drywall mudding on the sanding day because they skipped work and this wouldn't be bad, but they skipped an entire day of work too. Get everything to be done in writing and make it be specific. If you need drywall and concrete board in a shower, make them commit to doing both, doing assume concrete board is included in what they call drywall work.
