ABirkenmeier & Sons IncWe hired Birkenmeir and Sons to install a sliding French door into a three seasons room, and we are thrilled with the results. Al and Bobby had to create an opening from the living room and cut through an exterior brick wall to create the space needed to install the door. They were extremely neat, made sure to clean up as they went, and communicated what they would be doing each day. The most impressive part was their attention to detail. They were able to match the trim in the interior as well as matching the trim and bricks on the exterior. The door looks like it has always been a part of the house. I would highly recommend Birkenmier and Sons for any remodeling jobs and will absolutely be using them again for future projects.- Nathan S.

He and his staff were very friendly and professional. The job looks amazing and we are so happy with it! With having an older home, there were some challenging areas and they knew exactly how to handle and fix the issues. While we won't list the cost, it was very reasonable compared to other contractors who bid the job. We give them the highest recommendation.- Tim G.

AAssiduous Contracting LLCI was very impressed with the remodeling. Mr Ryan was extremely pleasant during the process. Him and his worker not only maintained a high degree of professionalism, was always on time, made sure they cleaned up at the end of the day, and finished the project in a timely manner. They took extra precaution during this pandemic outbreak to insure my safety by taking their temperatures each morning. AAssiduous Contracting LLCThe best contractor I've ever worked with! JR, Julie, and Reggie were extremely professional, always on-time, and did fantastic/quality work. Pricing was very fair and response time to questions or requests was very punctual. JR really cares about the work and is willing to take on new projects (even if hired for a different reason) to get your house in tip-top shape. He was also willing to come back anytime to get my house ready to sell. JR was able to pivot from our original project/bid to make the correct repairs (unlike other contractors) and actually saved me some money. Thanks JR, Julie and Reggie!- Peter S.

AMidwest did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. They were extremely knowledgeable on the work, provided a host of options, and were very competitive on price (vs. multiple other bids). One of the best aspects of the job was the quick timeline from bid to start of work (approximately 3 weeks vs. months for other contractors). I would highly recommend this company.

I own this company and do some of the work on the job site. We offer free of charge design and decorating services. We do accept all major credit cards.

AWe called and a diagnostic technician arrived within 2 hours. Diagnosed the problem and recommended that we replace our 29 year-old furnace rather than sink more money into the existing one which was way past its normal useful life. A sales representative (Bilal Aziz) came by that afternoon, quoted us a price on a furnace and a new air conditioning unit as well. (Existing air conditioner was more than 30 years old,). Prices were reasonable. We agreed and the service representative (Don Lammert) arrived the next morning. The new furnace was installed and running again within 6 hours. Bilal and Don worked closely to ensure that our system was installed and working correctly, This included installing a new Nest Thermostat and rewiring the connections to the HVAC unit. The work installing the air conditioner was completed the next day. Everything done professionally. We are very pleased with the work and will not hesitate to call IFS again for our HVAC needs.

AI received 3 bids to replace the old HVAC system on the condo I purchased in September 2018. I was most satisfied with Missouri Furnace's bid, taking into account the price, the brand of new system (Trane), and the efficiency of the new unit. Also, as I live in a 4 story condo building, a crane was required to remove the old air conditioner and replace with the new unit. Once we had agreed on a price and the contract was signed, I was scheduled for installation the following week. I like that my new furnace has a 4 inch filter, so that I do not have to replace it every month, In May the weather was not so hot that immediate installation was required. I was extremely pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the team. The new HVAC system was installed quickly and with no drama. It is also working great. I will no doubt call on Missouri Furnace to check on my a/c next spring before the summer of 2020.

AOur home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects.

A$670 to repair 20+ squeaks found in hallway and bedroom floors. We lived with the squeaks for way too long. So glad to have them fixed. Scott, owner, scheduled the work quickly and was on the job to help for a short while, while his very experience associate did most of the work. Both were very friendly and explained all the work that was done. Work is guarantee, nice to know in case we need them again. I highly recommend.
