    Call center set up an appointment for me. I met with the agent at location best for me and was on my time schedule. Agent was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain the plan and answer all of my questions. Everything has gone smoothly with no problems at all. I appreciate all mentioned herein. I think this is a good company with reasonable rates.

    Express Scripts
    The company I work for saves money by requiring us to utilize the Medco / Express Scripts mail ordering system and its website for maintenance drugs, i.e. Lipitor, etc. 
    If I had another avenue to get insurance-paid prescriptions I would fire Medco / Express Scripts immediately.
    Today, I learned that the mail order pharmacy, Medco / Express Scripts, has not been contacting my physician to renew prescriptions as they have claimed.  In fact, they have not done so for several years.  Today, August 8, 2012,  a day off from work, I called Medco / Express Scripts to start the process of finding out just exactly how they contact my doctor, in a case like this.  My doctor has maintained that his office has not nor ever received a prescription renewal request from Medco / Express Scripts for any of my prescription renewals.
    A customer representative explained that the reason the faxes have not reached my doctor is because his office does not have a "secure" line.  Robotic phone messages left from Express Scripts saying they tried to contact my doctor to renew prescriptions had, in fact, not taken place at all!  When talking with the customer service supervisor's supervisor, I was told that the most recent attempts to contact my doctor were done via email.  I asked the rep if they verified the communication process was functional, I was told they would call the doctor's office to have the prescription renewed - she would not answer my question and kept avoiding it.  I have gone without meds multiple times over the years and even though they claim they've sent either an email message or fax to him, they have not.
    Beware of Medco / Express Scripts because if you need an online prescription renewal from your physician, Medco / Express Scripts will tell you they?ve contacted your doctor and may not have even tried! A Medco / Express Scripts senior resolution specialist,  (the boss?s boss? boss), explained to me that there is a pharmacist working right now to contact my doctor?s office to get the prescription so it can be filled.  He also explained that yes, they should ?test? the messaging system that a doctor?s office uses to ensure it works both ways.  Unfortunately, it does not work both ways at my doctor?s office.  He did, however, tell me that the doctor can purchase an add-on function that will allow it to work for an incoming message from Medco / Express Scripts.  Therefore, I was told to send in prescriptions to Medco / Express Scripts and they will gladly fill them. He also said I should have found out through the robo-calls, I received from Medco / Express Scripts, that my doctor?s office system did not work on inbound messages.  I told him his robo-calls didn?t explain anything and that one of their humans should have called me, but never did. After 8 months of contentious battling, Express Scripts consumed Medco.  Through that period, critics, according to Reuters, on April 2, 2012, told of worsening service to consumers.
    I want my neighborhood pharmacy back where Deb, the pharmacist, always met every customer with a smile, courtesy, service and the assurance that when you're told the doctor would be contacted to renew a script, you knew she would call him.  I had confidence in her.
    Medco / Express Scripts lied to me by robo-calling and by telling me they had contacted my doctor and they also failed to recognize me as a human that needs prescription medicine.
    Express Scripts bought out Medco, great for the executives, not for the rest of us.

    They are outstanding. They were very professional and they had high caliber staff. They were very attentive to specific needs of Alzheimer patients. They had superior meals and snacks served to the clients. They were very clean and it was a pleasant environment. It was very well managed and they had a plan in place to meet the needs of Alzheimer patients with physical activity, mental stimulation, socialization, personal hygiene, nutrition and all of that in mind. The cost is fair and reasonable.

    Visited Emergency Room after dizziness/lightheadedness. Was treated in Emergency room and admitted when cause was not found initially.  Prompt and thorough treatment with exceptional care during hospitalization.  Was released and not kept needlessly once it was determined that I was out of danger.

    the admittance room wouldn't let me see my brother for the first half hour. he had some demencia and I needed to be there to give them information for him and they wouldn't let me do that. they didn't give him the proper seizure medicine and 2 days later he had a seizure. the attending doctor that responded to the emergency room he was the one that wouldn't let me see my brother also responded to his seizure to days later basically told me they were doing everything right. it didn't go all that well after the seizure he developed a hig h fever and several other things happened. I tried to get my brother transferred to one of the barns hospitals and they told me he was to sick. then all the sudden he was to well and they though he should go to a rehab hospital and that didn't work and several months later he was dead. I just don't think the doctor handled it right. Six months before that my brother had been sent there and they told me they put him on a bus and As I am frantically trying to figure out what bus they would of put him on I see him sitting in the waiting area. I have a problem with a hospital that I had all the legal paperwork that I was the decision maker for my brother I did Speak with the emergency room supervisor and she said that shouldn't happen but well it did.

    My age allows me to take Medicare. They do an excellent job and pay for my teeth cleaning with my dentist, primary care and other specialists. I only have to pay the co-pay. I don?t pay any monthly premium at all. I have been very satisfied with their service.

    I have had no complications, minimal surgical scars and great success to date. In addition to Dr. Scott, the Weight Loss Institute staff is amazing. It is obvious they care for each patient and their successes. The nurses, dieticians and administrative staff are all willing to listen to you and offer advice and techniques for long-term success. They hold monthly support sessions where past and future patients can solcialize, learn and support each other in this life long process.

    They have taken good care of us. My husband has had his kidney biopsy and my mother had her hip replacement, and I had my knee replacement surgery done. The staff seemed caring, friendly and they came when you called them. They were concerned about my comfort when I was in for surgery here and also answered any questions I had.
