They're widely dispersed. They use a number of different florists to disperse the product. They came on Friday. So, I guess they did okay. They could use people that can speak English a lot better. They don't necessarily have to be in the United States, but that would be a plus. They're a little expensive. For what I got, it could have been a little bit nicer.

Our family has used Walter Knoll's for years. They are quick & creative with their own local deliveries in the St Louis area & I can rely on them to deliver out of town. When you use them regularly the points pile up which makes costs very reasonable.
Rarely do I go into a store & then its the warehouse downtown on a whim & can pick up some deals, otherwise everything is on-line & the website is easy to use; I can do it any time of the day or night when I'm thinking of my friend or relation & feel the need to reach out & touch with something special.

I ordered last minute flowers for my mother's birthday and was pleasantly surprised with the cost and same day delivery.  I had previously always used a national florist and wanted to switch to somebody local.  The delivery was made the same day and my mother said the flowers were beautiful!  They were delivered on Monday late afternoon and were dying/dead by Wednesday.  I called the office to see how long the flowers should last and was told 5-10 days.  I explained what happened and the woman was very nice and said she wanted to send somebody to pick up the flowers to check the water content and deliver a new bouquet.  I told her no, that wasn't why I called - I just wanted to let them know that their flowers were dying within a few days.  I also thought it was inappropriate for me to have to tell my mother that they were coming to get the flowers.  She then offered another bouquet, I again declined.  I was not trying to get free flowers, but wanted them to know the quality of what they were sending out.  I finally gave in to them delivering another bouquet - my mother gave the flowers to the delivery guy who told her they had been frozen. He thought they probably got too cold on the truck and that is why they didn't last.  They did deliver another bouquet - a smaller version with not as many flowers.  Disappointed to say the least - I just wanted to send my mother flowers.  I could have bought a beautiful bouquet at Trader Joe's for $10 that would have lasted at least 10 days.

It was great- I stopped by the store on one day to talk about what I could do for this co-worker with a limited budget and Orchid Dell took the time to give me lots of ideas for less expensive stems and the color options for each stem type.  Then I had my students select the color and stem type the next day.  I placed my order over the phone with no problem and had my husband pick up the flowers a few days later.

Used Jill Springer from Flower Depot for my wedding and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the flowers and service. Flowers wilted, wrong color, falling out of bouquets prior to the ceremony, tiny Mother's bouquets, and lousy service. Jill is a very nice person, and I thought everything was going to go smoothly, but she totally dropped the ball. It was humiliating and embarrassing, especially when my Mother-In-Law's wrist corsage looked like it was a week old. It was so bad that my husband and I sued her in Small Claims Court and won!
