AReddi Services IncWe had an event (wedding) at our ranch, and two hours before the start , the septic backed up and none of the plumbing worked. Reddi services told us they would be there if they could but since it was short notice maybe not. They were there 20 minutes later, drained the septic and saved the day for the bride (and us!) AHoney-Wagon Septic & GreaseVery responsive and very professional. Contacted Lisa at the office, Kolten and Steven pumped the next morning. Actually changed their schedule slightly to accomodate my service. Went over and above to fix a problem with my system caused by a previous septic company. Stayed till the problem was fixed and I've scheduled them for a follow-up visit to re-check the system. Will only use Honey Wagon in the future and will specifically request Kolten and Steven be the crew that responds.- Pat M.

ASolid Ground ExcavatingSolid Ground Excavating exceeded my expectations in both diagnosing and repairing my septic system problems. Solid Ground Excavating was recommended by Honey-Wagon, another highly respected company. Clint, the owner, worked with his son, Brycen, to repair the system after Clint worked with Donovan from Johnson County Environmental (the government agency which has to sign off on the project when it’s finished) to brain-storm solutions. Clint said it was one of the more challenging projects that he has worked on, in terms of trying to find a workable solution. I appreciate Clint’s perseverance and conscientiousness. They accomplished all of this within an 8 hour day. There was so much to do, to troubleshoot, and to discuss, that by 1 p.m., I wondered how many days it would take, but by 5 p.m. the same day, they were all finished, including putting the dirt back and patting it down into place. It’s noteworthy that I had interviewed 6 other companies on the Johnson County list of septic system contractors before I talked to Clint, and none of them went to the problem area that Clint pinpointed very quickly. They had wildly different ideas. Each pointed to different locations in the system, & offered different solutions, none of which would have solved the problem. None of them addressed the actual source of the problem that Clint pinpointed and repaired.- DONNA W.

FRose Septic Tank CleaningNever in my life have I heard or seen a most obnoxious business owner. She was acting like a bully, she was loud and a no it all. We have been at our home for a long time and kept the maintenance up every year on our system. She not only failed our system, she stated the walls were collapsed. She cut on the small tank and said our laterals were bad. Back to another inspector: The walls were not collapsed, the laterals were working perfectly, the pumping tank station worked perfectly. We were advised by the second inspector, because of the age of the pumping tank to replace it or repair it. We took the second company's advice. Be wary of Rose Septic Inspection. She kept talking about a company that puts new systems in. I bet she has a vested interest in the other company (my guess only).- John C.

ASo easy to do business with these guys. Timely quote, able to get appointment in reasonable time frame, showed up on time, polite young man did the work, owner called to check in after service complete. And very reasonable price (comparable bids were all over the place, and one company’s price was ridiculous.) Would definitely use them again.
