    Shawn of R-Mech showed up on time; he listened to what I wanted and where I was going with my property. He made some additional suggestions, took a ton of measurements, and gave a quote. He was neither the highest nor the lowest. To be honest, what pushed it over the edge was the fact that he was the only one that bothered to cover his shoes when he came in. The other three guys giving me estimates tromped all up and down my carpeted halls with their muddy boots without a thought...absolutely no respect at all. R-mech did the job quickly, cleanly, and then came back to calibrate it a few days later. The propane guy said he wished all of the installers followed code as close as R-Mech and that they were a dream to finish for. I love the equipment installed: it is super energy efficient and quiet.

    I chose someone else based on the following: 1. There are no reviews of his work on the internet. 2. He is not a member of the BBB. This, to me, is a minimum for anyone in business. Other business affiliations are good. 3. His website does not work. The link takes you to a GoDaddy site for sale. 4. I did not get his estimate back in a timely manner. 5. He apparently does not have an email account as there isn't one on his business card... fax, but no email...this indicates to me that he does not have someone technologically savvy running his office. This has often been a red flag for me as far as future billing and warranty issues.

    I called Anthony PHC at 4:30pm Thursday and spoke with Kim. She was very pleasant and courteous to speak with. When I explained the situation I was having with the A/C unit Kim worked very hard to get us a technician to our home ASAP. I decided to schedule the service call for the next day. They informed me that Kirk was going to be at our home between noon and 1pm on Friday. Kirk was very friendly and very helpful. During the visit he checked everything out and found out the our A/C unit was overcharged. He removed some of the Freon and during all of this I was there with Kirk and he showed me everything that he was doing and why. Kirk was very professional.

    I will be using Anthony PHC again, Very happy customer.

    Service man arrived on time and went right to work.  Did a wonderful job servicing all 5 of our AC units including cleaning the coils.  Explained what he did at the end of the service call.

    .All the times they came out here to my property to service my 5 air units and heat pumps plus 1 propane heater the NEVER even LOOKED AT any of the heat pumps OR the propane heater.  They were out quite a few times in the Fall but they NEVER looked at any of the heating units.  I called them and this time asked them to look at the propane heater in my metal building and that is when I found out that the service people from Sehorn had NEVER looked at it.  I am irate with them over this PLUS their charges for everything is very high.  I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them.

    I called Shelby at about 1100 hours and reminded him of his appointment with me to come out and make an estimate for servicing our 5 units both Spring and Fall.  At the time I called him I also asked him to call us about 30 minutes before he was on his way.  At about 1230 hours he called and said he probably wouldn't be here until ABOUT 1400 hours.  At that time I asked him how long it would take for him to do what he needed to do.  He didn't act like he wanted to tell me so to keep from getting into and argument with him I said he should just come and get here as soon as possible.  It was important for him to be here on time and get what he needed to do in a timely manner.  My wife and I are both old and in poor health plus we were going to have to put our dogs in the garage so that he could work in our home.  I had explained that to Shelby but I guess he didn't understand that.  While I was calling my wife at the house to let her know he wasn't going to come now until 1400 hours Shelby was trying to call me back to argue with me.  When he called back he finally told me that the work he had to do would take about 5 hours which would mean he wouldn't be done until 1900 hours or later.  He then also said with the 5 units we had to service that we should have scheduled earlier.  The problem with that statement is that he knew exactly how many units we had and the HE SET THE TIME HE WAS GOING TO COME, NOT ME!!!!!!  I didn't like the way he wanted to make me the bad guy and the person who should have known to schedule earlier.  BEWARE OF SHELBY.  I THINK HE TRIES TO MAKE TO MAY APPOINTMENTS THAT HE CAN'T POSSIBLY TAKE CARE OF.  I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT USE SHELBY OR A-1 HEATING AND COOLING FOR ANYTHING!!!

    They were very good. I had two different residencies. So I used one of the Angie's List big deals at each location. They were on time, very prompt and professional. They were very easy to work with. I was very pleased. With regard to price, they were very reasonable. I didn’t feel like I was pressured to buy anything additional that I didn’t need. They told me exactly what was going on. Their responsiveness and punctuality were very good. I love the email system that they have. As soon as I buy a coupon, they send me an email and say let's schedule this. I love that because it's a very easy way to communicate without having to get calls all day. I would absolutely sue them again in the future. I have to give them extra kudos as well because I did have two residences. I had my Harrisonville address on record. I was waiting for them 6:10.9 to 6:15.1probably about 15-20 miles away from this address. I thought that they would be out here anytime. Then it dawned on me that I did not give them the updated address. So I called them immediately and said that it was my mistake for sending them the wrong address. They were very gracious in owning up to my mistake.

    Our furnace quit working during a rather brutal cold snap (16 degrees!). We called around for a service provider who worked with mobile home systems. Myers said they did, so we scheduled them to come out. Even though the scheduler said they were backed up, she called later to say that the technician would be at our place by late morning.
    He introduced himself, came in, and got right to work. He was professional and courteous, even humoring our 3 year old son who pestered him. He worked quickly, isolating the problem to a burned out ignition unit. Thankfully, he had one in his truck. He stayed to make sure it was working correctly. He even fixed something that had been making a rattling noise in the furnace.
    Overall, I was pleased with the service.

    We had to wait for the well digger to be available, but once we had a date, Terry was on time and completed the job as scheduled. The service provided by everyone who participated in the installation was professional and everyone was very courteous and willing to answer questions.  Everything about this work was well done.

    Bob was awesome.
    I called on a Friday for initial contact and offered to email some photos of my current unit and layout. He responded with a basic estimate along with links to the actual equipment, and cost variations of common upgrades as I had requested. He told me that before he made a final bid he would need to come physically look at the site. I requested he call me about 10 on saturday to set up a time. He called promptly at 10 am.
    When he came out Saturday we went over options, locations and alternatives for running vents, etc. He prepared a final estimate and said he could start monday and it would take a day and a half.
    He arrived Monday and Tuesday at exactly the scheduled time and went to work.
    He called me about 1:30 Tuesday to let me know he was finished. I came home to check things out and pay the bill. Everything looked great. Nice neat work and cleaned up behind himself.
    The AC is unbelievable! The house feels great. We couldn't be happier with the purchase or the service.
