    Surepoint Exteriors
Surepoint said they completed the project but didn't even so much as send me a quote. May have been an error on their side, accidentally clicking a button, but I never heard from them. I had to rate them an F overall because the review wouldn't post otherwise. I know NOTHING about this company, good or bad.

    Dynamic Porch & Patio
I met with Steve Hendrickson 5 to 6 weeks before project completion date.  Steve explained in detail various options I might consider. I decided the 12 by 14 enclosure was the best way to go.  Steve also showed me an example of the insulated sliding glass windows that would be installed.  I was pleasantly surprised that the color of the enclosure would also match my house.  Since the original bid did not include taring out the old concrete patio and doing a new pour, Steve said he would absorb that cost which I thought was very decent of him. (some concrete work was included in the original bid but it became necessary to tare out the old patio in order to level the floor) The project proceeded on time as promised, with a one day rain delay.  I am very happy with the end result. The electrical work which included two new outlets, installation of a ceiling fan with a wall switch, moving and reinstalling my outside light also went very well.   Ron (Steve's brother) and his crew did the actual building work. Besides erecting the structure, they also replaced a soffit, slightly rotted subfascia and fascia boards damaged during the removal of the old patio cover and did a very good job. Ron also pointed out that the frame of one of the screens was bent and that he would have to get a replacement. Their attention to detail and professionalism, courteousness, and overall work ethic deserves mention.  I should also add that the concrete contractor, as well as Ron, did a good job cleaning up and hauling off all debris associated with their work.  In conclusion, I would recommend Dynamic Porch and Patio to anyone who is considering upgrading their patio space.

    Patrick Exteriors
We contacted Patrick Exteriors about work we wanted done on our house , cedar lap siding replacement, and they sent a salesman out to talk to us and bid the job.  Our salesman sat and listened to what we wanted done.  We talked for about an hour to get everything clarified as to the scope of the work to be completed.  He said he understood and proceeded to bid the job. The bid for the work came in on competitive range with three other companies that we also had bid the job.  However, before we accepted any bids, we visited worksites for all the bidders to see their completed jobs and talked to home owners.  Patricks Exteriors bid was accepted and we agreed to terms.  Our salesman kept us informed as he ordered materials and staged our job for a starting date.
The materials for the job arrived about 8 am on a flat bed truck. The truck driver was very friendly and courteous as he placed the load where I recommended. A large dumpster was placed on one side of the driveway to hold old siding as it was removed from our house.
The next day, the installation crew arrived early and started work.  They stripped off all the old siding which was installed incorrectly forty years ago. Our house looked very strange as any house would when all the decorative surface materials are removed.  Underneath our old cedar siding was a black board. The black material gave our house a menacing look after the old wood siding was removed. Patricks crew then put on tyvek building wrap.  Our house then looked like a giant white present without a bow. Verticle spacer strips were added with horizontal cedar siding then nailed on. The siding was preprimed light grey so our our house went from a giant white package to a grey ghost. The job took longer than anticipated because of bad weather. Job was expected to take about 7 days but took almost three weeks because of rain.  Our crew worked late and on week ends in order to get the job done.  They cleaned up as they worked and at the end of each day. Ladders were stored out of the way when daily work was finished. Housekeeping was excellent.
Because of rain, painting our house was delayed about two weeks.  Once the paint crew arrived, it took two and a half days to get our grey ghost transformed into a beautiful house that came alive as the paint crew supervisor put it. Our crew worked 12 hour days to get the job done.  The paint crew chief liked our choice of colors for our house so well that he is going to use the same color scheme for his house. He paid us a great complement.  Housekeeping was excellent.
Our house looked so good that one of our neighbors called  and left a long voice mail message expressing how well he liked our  color selection and choice of materials.  He was also amazed at the how Patricks crews worked long hours to get our house done.
Would I recommend Patricks Exteriors to anyone, Yes without hesitation!  They ran professional crews completing great work at a competitive price. Communication between everyone involved on the job was excellent. One of the factors that led us to chose Patricks Exteriors is the fact their salesman listened to what we wanted and understood the reasoning behind our choices.  All the other sales people told us what they thought we needed based on their experience and the materials they were selling but only acquiesed to our needs when they knew a sale might be lost.
    Great Job Partricks Exteriors!

    Cherry Creek Restoration
I contacted Cherry Creek Restoration in July of 2012, needing to have my roof replaced and extensive repair and replacement of siding that was wind damaged.  They agreed to do the work, but said they would not work when the weather temperature was above 100 degrees. In August they finally removed my old shingle roof and put on a metal roof. In the process, they damaged several pieces of my rain guttering, which they said they would replace. The panels of metal roofing were not cut to consistent lengths, so some panels are as much as two inches longer than adjacent panels.  Many of the panels hang halfway over the guttering, so heavy rain runs all the way over the guttering, not into it.  There is also a horizontal seam in one section where there should have been one continuous panel. In September, they sent someone to replace parts of the guttering and work on the siding.  They were contracted to completely remove and replace siding of my large porch roof.  They were also supposed to replace and re-install some sections of siding on the sides and back of the house.  The man did not remove any siding.  He just put up the siding that was not attached, and to re-attach it, he ran screws through the middle of the pieces of siding, into the house.  It did not look professional at all, as he made no attempt to hide the screws.  He replaced some guttering, but did not put it at the correct angle, so when it rains, the water stays in the gutter.  He was supposed to put up about 40 feet of soffit under the roof edge, but only did about half of it, and it was not done in a professional manner.  The workman were asked to clean up all nails, screws, cigarette butts, water bottles, and other debris from the worksite.  They assured me they had a large magnet they would run over the lawn to pick up nails and screws.  However, there are still screws and nails even after I personally picked up hundreds of them, along with water bottles, food wrappers, and cigarette butts.
I was told I would get warranty papers from the metal roof manufacturer, and warranty papers from Cherry Creek Restoration, to guarantee their work.  I received no warranty papers at all.  The owner had required that I pay half of the cost when we signed the contract in July.  On August 30, 2012, they said they would finish the job that week, and he sent his wife to pick up another check from me.  I paid all the remainder except $500 to her.  The final $500 was to be paid in the form of a trailer that I have that they wanted.  After they received the second check, it was cashed and they never came to my house to work again.  I still have the trailer, and they still have much unfinished work to do.
In October I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  they made two attempts to  contact the company, but their correspondence was ignored by the business.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
