    Blue Rain Roofing & Restoration
Shannon Webb of Blue Rain Roofing and Restoration was outstanding when working on our roof replacement. We were in the process of selling our home and the roof had to be replaced in order to complete the sale of the home. Shannon made sure the roof was replaced in time for the home sale and the installers did an outstanding job replacing the roof and cleaning up afterwards. You can't go wrong using Blue Rain Roofing and Restoration for you roof repair or replacement needs.

The installation team arrived as scheduled. They evaluated the installation and told me that they would not be able to proceed. They could not work around the lightning rod system that was in place on my roof and extended over some places in the existing gutters down to the ground. They were not able to work around or install the Leafguard system without the lightning inhibitor being moved. This was quite disappointing and no fault of the installation team. I am trying to understand why the sales rep did not account for this during his inspection of the existing environment and mention it as a concern for the installation. The production manager is arranging for a total refund of my deposit.

    Bill West Roofing Inc
Very professional and punctual. The work was done quickly and I haven't had an issue with leaks since. The price was reasonable. I used this company at another house a few years ago. Would definitely use again.

    Arrowhead Seamless Guttering LLC
These guys are top notch. We had issues with our guttering overflowing with most typical rains. They came out, looked at our existing guttering and downspouts, and gave us a proposal of how they would remedy our situation. They places new guttering on all 4 sides of our house, replaced the old downspouts with larger spouts, and added another downspout at a problem area on a large run that had several corners. We were also having regrading done around our foundation that, due to weather issues, ended up overlapping with this project. They were able to work with and around the other project and finish the day we expected them to. They put an effort into making sure the downspouts extended out and angled away from the house in all areas. Very pleased with their work and clean up. I hope we never need to buy guttering again, but if we do I will call them back to do it.

    Window Genie of Kansas City
The two young men who came were very professional and did an excellent job.  Upon completion they both told me about their yearly maintenance service they offered but there was no high pressure sales.  I will probably use them again.

    Vantage Point Exteriors
I asked Matt at Vantage Point Exteriors to repair my roof, we agreed upon an amount and he said he would have someone call me. I never received that phone call, attempted to call Matt several times to check the status of my repair and I would receive his voicemail or him saying, "I'll call the roofer and have him contact you within the hour" never received the phone call ! Now when I call all I receive is his voicemails. Matt's first impression is professional and with respect, but ultimately there is no respect and he is unprofessional. A simple roof repair turns into a major hassle for me and I finally gave up on Vantage Point Exteriors and used another company for the repair!

    Integrity Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Windows
The initial representative underestimated the job by over $400. Next, there was a mix-up on the starting date for the job. I had been told 8/9 by the same associate that initially bid the job and everyone else seemed to think it was to be done on the 8th. The job was begun on the 9th and completed the same day. The project manager told my wife that he would be there next day to complete the finishing touches which was to paint the vent pipes and one other small thing. This would have been a Saturday. By Tuesday I was being contacted to sign the job completion inspection report which I refused until the job was completed. The project manager came by that afternoon to do so. I signed the document, but later in the week my son told me about some siding that was still pulled away from the house. It appeared that this had been done to install some flashing under it. At this writing it still remains as stated.

    Dello Eco-Industrial
When I contacted them, they came out and immediately provided a full, detailed bid.  When they started working on the roof they saw other things that needed address, so they took pictures and went over that with me.

They got out at 8:30 and where done by 4:30.  They put the proper draping on the yard so I did not get any nails on my yard or driveway.  They cleaned up as they went.  They also provided me with after pictures of the roof.

The following day the supervisor contacted me to address any concerns and sent me the bill in the mail.

    Cherry Creek Restoration
I contacted Cherry Creek Restoration in July of 2012, needing to have my roof replaced and extensive repair and replacement of siding that was wind damaged.  They agreed to do the work, but said they would not work when the weather temperature was above 100 degrees. In August they finally removed my old shingle roof and put on a metal roof. In the process, they damaged several pieces of my rain guttering, which they said they would replace. The panels of metal roofing were not cut to consistent lengths, so some panels are as much as two inches longer than adjacent panels.  Many of the panels hang halfway over the guttering, so heavy rain runs all the way over the guttering, not into it.  There is also a horizontal seam in one section where there should have been one continuous panel. In September, they sent someone to replace parts of the guttering and work on the siding.  They were contracted to completely remove and replace siding of my large porch roof.  They were also supposed to replace and re-install some sections of siding on the sides and back of the house.  The man did not remove any siding.  He just put up the siding that was not attached, and to re-attach it, he ran screws through the middle of the pieces of siding, into the house.  It did not look professional at all, as he made no attempt to hide the screws.  He replaced some guttering, but did not put it at the correct angle, so when it rains, the water stays in the gutter.  He was supposed to put up about 40 feet of soffit under the roof edge, but only did about half of it, and it was not done in a professional manner.  The workman were asked to clean up all nails, screws, cigarette butts, water bottles, and other debris from the worksite.  They assured me they had a large magnet they would run over the lawn to pick up nails and screws.  However, there are still screws and nails even after I personally picked up hundreds of them, along with water bottles, food wrappers, and cigarette butts.
I was told I would get warranty papers from the metal roof manufacturer, and warranty papers from Cherry Creek Restoration, to guarantee their work.  I received no warranty papers at all.  The owner had required that I pay half of the cost when we signed the contract in July.  On August 30, 2012, they said they would finish the job that week, and he sent his wife to pick up another check from me.  I paid all the remainder except $500 to her.  The final $500 was to be paid in the form of a trailer that I have that they wanted.  After they received the second check, it was cashed and they never came to my house to work again.  I still have the trailer, and they still have much unfinished work to do.
In October I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  they made two attempts to  contact the company, but their correspondence was ignored by the business.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
