    Off the Leash Dog Grooming
DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO OFF THE LEASH!!!Under managed, Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and should be shut down. Judy doesn't do business the right way. She fails to communicate to employees and customers alike, then blames others for her mistakes. The customer is not 'always right' here. They won't listen to how you want your dog cut. They'll be sure to do the opposite of what you asked. Judy manages to get rid of all the good employees and then treats the good ones like dirt till they leave. The ones that stay are usually on drugs during work hours, or didn't show up at all, which there won't be any consequences for. DO NOT bring your dog here. They do not care how your dog looks, but have no problem charging you 60-70 dollars for half of a bath, done by someone nodding off on heroin. One of their newer employees, Mary, was the only decent groomer there and they recently pushed her out as well. You would have a better chance grooming your dog on your own now. Ron is a great guy, that's the only reason they'd get a star in my opinion.

    Petropolis Pet Center
She has always come home acting carefree. She looks great. She seems to eat well, and responds well to the staff. The service is relatively expensive. Obviously, I am willing to pay it so that a valued member of our family is well taken care of when we cannot take her with us..

Her training and ongoing advice made her an easy choice to train our new rescue Brittany. We know she will do an equally superb job. After the initial assessment of our new dog, she inquired about how the new dog was settling in. She gave us some additional advice on how to manage play with the two Brittany so they receive equal attention. Lorrie is all about helping us do the best thing for our animals.

When your dog would rather stay there than to come home, you know its pretty good, I would recommend them, They're pretty reasonable than other places. They pick the dog in advance to make sure they'll get along in advance.

    Pet Sitters Inc
Wonderfully well!!! The sitter was terrific - she was loving, knowledgable, her home was immaculate (wish I could say the same for mine!) and my dog was quite happy (although he was glad to see me once I got back).  I wish this sitter lived closer to me, I would use her again in a heartbeat!  But I have no doubt her other sitters are great too.

    County Animal Hospital Ltd.
We have been using them for over 30 years now. They take care of all of our pups and they took care of every animal that we have had for the last 30 years. We really like them. They have a good veterinarian. Their service was good, not that it was outstanding but it was as we expected it to be and it has always been good. It is hard to judge the punctuality of the veterinarian. A lot of times, we wind up just picking up a pup and taking it in and they take care of us.

    Kennelwood Pet Resorts
I had initially spoken with a trainer regarding training and boarding for my dog.  She had recommended a free consultation plus two days of day training prior to the dog's stay so that he could get acclimated to the facility.  It was also recommended that the dog stay in a Cabana or Lodge (a slightly larger than standard room) due to his temperament.  I was unsure what our cost would be since we had not boarded our dog here before.  I called the facility and asked for a quote of the total price for the boarding, training during boarding and any other costs we would incur during our dog's stay to evaluate if this was within our budget.  I asked her to take time to calculate this and then call me back with a total.  When she called back she stated that the total cost would be 425.50 including everything we had requested (which she verbally and completely listed) but that this would not include the two days of training prior to the actual boarding.  We have always boarded our dog at our vet and the total cost for boarding there was going to be around 400.00 and so I felt this extra 25.50 plus the two days of training prior to boarding would be within our budget and a good value.  I was asked to pay a portion of the fee when I dropped the dog off and then I would pay the remainder upon pick up.  The initial portion I paid at drop off was 344.00 and when I picked up the dog I was then asked to pay over 500.00 additional.  I disputed this amount.  There was no record in their system of the quote and it was a verbal quote so I had no written proof of my discussion with the staff member prior to the boarding. I was then given an itemized bill which broke down the charges and told that it was ok not to pay at this time and that a manager would call me around 10:00 am the following morning.  I never received a follow up call from the manager.  I did receive a follow up call from the trainer and had a summary visit with the trainer and my dog several days later where I expressed my concerns about the remaining bill.  She adjusted the bill down to 493.50 which meant I had paid a grand total of 837.50.  This unfortunately was not expected and not within my budget.  If I had this information prior to the dog's stay, I would have boarded him at our vet.  I will say that the trainer and the training were very professional and we were very happy with the training and boarding services.  I regret that I did not ask for a printed quote prior to our stay so I do take some responsibility in the misunderstanding.  Looking at the itemized bill, I am unsure how the verbal quote could have be so inaccurate.  Although I was very happy with the services, I am literally sick to my stomach at the additional money I had to come up with for this bill.

    Worry Free Animal Care
Had to leave our dogs for an out of town wedding. We have one 148 lb Newfoundland, and two 10lb dachshunds. We didn't have a good experience with another pet sitter.
I called Worry Free Animal Care and made an appointment. Sharron was on time and my dogs took to her right away (my older dachshund doesn't like stranger, but she liked Sharron). Lucy was hesitant at first till she figured that Sharron had treats. Now she's always wagging her tail and all excited when Sharron come to visit. Sharron had a questionnaire for each dog. She was very thorough with questions about the: dogs, our vet, our home and our contact information. It was nice to come home to happy dogs that were healthy, and a clean house. I couldn't have asked for a better service. When we can't take our dogs with us on vacation or a trip, we right away call Sharron with Worry Free Animal Care.

Fetch Petcare of West St Louis County
We’ve been using them for several years. They come out ahead of time to ensure they get along with the pets. If it doesn’t work out, they’ll even reassign someone! We love the service!
