  The staff were pleasant and helpful at arrival and departurel. The women who take care of the dogs in the boarding and grooming area came out with the dogs and petted them good-bye and stated they would miss the dogs. They gave me a report on their behavior and informed me of the bathing and nail cllipping. The office staff are also helpful and pleasant and sought approval for the immunizations for the dog that required them. The veteranarian also came out at arrival and departure to check on the dogs and asked about my vacation. He also talked about his examination of the dog that required the immunizations.

  I've been taking my miniature poodles the Four Paws for almost 20 years. My dogs always enter the shop willingly, greet the staff enthusiastically, and are happy when I pick them up. I enjoy watching Jocelyn and her staff interacting with the dogs. In all the years I have been taking my dogs to Four Paws, I have never had a bad experience. I would not take them anywhere else.

  About Paws Pet Salon

  Wasn't there to witness, but was told that all went well except a little problem with the anal gland expression.  Looked great when picked up and even had a little red bandanna around his neck.  Will definitely use About Paws Pet Salon again.

  I have used All Dogs N Cats for both grooming and boarding several times since moving to Columbia in October. The staff is very friendly and great with the animals. My dog usually shuns me when I pick her up from boarding, but I can tell she's been happy here every time I've had to board her and she doesn't shun me. She walks right up to the door and goes in where she used to hesitate at previous places. The boarding and grooming costs are very affordable. Boarding is about $14/ day. I usually have them give her an exit bath and trim so combined price for around 5 days of boarding and the exit spa treatment is about $95. I have always been pleased with the trims that my dog receives there also. I highly recommend this place!

  Excellent. They're very caring and they talk very pleasing to your dog. They're really good. I had gotten one little dog that had some issues and I explained to them that he has tags under his coat so they need to be very careful and so they took that into consideration and they worked with him. I just love it. When I first took my dogs to them couple years ago they seemed very reluctant to go but now they know where they are.

  About Paws Pet Salon

  It was my first time and they did an excellent job. It is a little pricey by New York standards. It is a clean place and they are stellar people to work with. The dog was extremely skittish since she has never been socialized. I only had her for two days when I brought her there and they were great with her. I have got another dog and I am definitely returning.

  Staff was friendly and upfront with pricing. The vet we saw answered even our most tangential questions and was happy to keep us involved in all decisions. They recommended fewer routine vaccines than our previous vet, suggesting they aren't peddling needless treatments to pad their bottom line.

  I had taken my golden retriever in a couple times for a nail grinding before taking him in to get groomed. I had them do a shed ex treatment and he looked really good and barely had any hair coming off for a few weeks. Their prices are reasonable and he was ready when promised. I also liked that they didn't keep him all day like some places. Nail grinding has always looked good too.

  I believe that it is important to note that Casey is always eager to go for his grooming session--seems to know where we are when we just drive by and gets excited. It's probably important to note that he has had, with the exception of a couple of early sessions, the same great groomer for two and a half years. The business is in a small space...if you are looking for fancy this is not the place for you.
