FWe contracted Brian to finish our basement October of 2019. We paid over $25,000 to him and he never even completed the job. Just a few things he did/didn’t do (the list goes on): -hired for a 11/2019 end date, they stopped showing up around March or April of this year -cut in to our 8 in basement concrete (had to pay him extra), now we have water damage/basement that leaks -refused to put a sump pump in that we paid for -never returns calls, doesn’t finish a job when paid in full -messy shower/caulk work -placed tile that we didn’t even ask for -hired an outside contractor to do his work, then asked us for more money (we agreed due to the work being done) -claimed to have his plumping certificate, our shower completely flooded the bathroom where we had to pay for someone else to fix it We honestly were in the process of hiring a lawyer. Instead we are just wanting to warn others, go with a different contractor or DIY!

AIt went very well. The finished work was sublime, even with multiple unexpected hang ups (the usual things outside of the contractor’s control) - the work was done on time and in a thorough manner. The communication was great - any issues were dealt with forthright and plainly, making it easy for me to be working and participating in my classes without worrying about the job. 5/5 overall, would definitely hire again - already looking to work with them again for our other bathroom!

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

We are a smaller company whos expertise in the drywall/taping field goes back to 2001. I am a firm believer in good quality work & take pride in the finish product. AWe had used Nations Drywall before after a leaky pipe destroyed the ceiling drywall in our living room, and were amazed by how well the repair blended in with the original ceiling. After having a new gas line run through the ceiling in the finished part of our basement, the furnace installer cut 2 large rather jagged holes in the ceiling. We again called Nations Drywall to see what they could do. Initially, I was told he couldn't get to me until March, but we agreed to wait because of the quality of the prior work. The second repair was done by a different worker, and we were initially concerned he might not have the "magic touch", but we needn't have been worried. The repair was just as perfect as the last one, and as before, he left without leaving any mess behind. We are VERY satisfied with the work done on 2 different occasions (not a fluke - nailed the paint job BOTH times), and would absolutely use them again!

ARandolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! (Wish is was possible to submit photos of the work they've done for us...although I'm not sure photos would do them justice) Call them if you are looking for professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, unique design, quality construction and materials, and timely work completion!
