AWe have 2 dogs that have visited the hospital on numerous occasions for illness, injuries, and usual pet care maintenance. We simply love the staff and vets. It's always easy to be seen, they're kind, professional, and go above and beyond what our dogs need. We can't praise them enough.

AWe have used Tri-City Animal and Bird Clinic for over a dozen years. The care they provide is top notch. The vets and the staff alike are caring, wonderful, professional people. We have taken all of our pets to this practice for their routine care, boarding, when needed, and grooming. 5-star all the way. Recently, my beloved German Shepherd/Doberman mix became sick after incurring an injury. We were very worried about her. Thanks to the persistence of Dr. King in finding exactly what the problem was, our dog pulled through. This practice is great for routine care, but shines brightly when you have an emergency. I highly recommend.

AI would rate NLN with an A++ if possible. We worked with Kerri at St Charles location for training our dog, Stella. Kerri spent an hour talking to us before training began so she could understand what we wanted out of the training and to get an understanding of Stella. She was interested in learning about where Stella came from, her personality, and any concern or problem areas we had. Once training started, Kerri sent us a report card every day that included what was worked on, what went well, and what we could work on in the evening. Kerri was an excellent communicator. She even reached out to me by phone one afternoon because Stella wasn't responding the way she wanted so Kerri wanted to discuss alternatives that could still lead to the ultimate goal. When Stella started at NLN, she was afraid to get out of the car, would need assistance to go in the building, and would pull the handler out the door when it was time to go home. Within about 2 weeks, Stella would start barking with excitement as soon as we pulled in the lot and practically ran into NLN in the morning. She responded very well to Kerri and had made friends with all of the staff. The most important part of the experience is whether our goals were met. Stella was a different dog after the 4 week training. She still needed work in one area but the improvements were easily noticed. In the end, I would give NLN my best possible recommendation and can promise that any future training needs I have will go thru NLN. Thanks to No Leash Needed - St Charles, the entire staff, but most of all to Kerri for being a great partner!!

AThey did a fine job grooming my dog - she was a long haired Briard, about 75 lbs. They were good with the dog, she responded well to the groomer and they worked well with her. I moved from Belleville several years ago so my experience is not recent. I would not hesitate to use them again if I were in Belleville. The cost at that time was reasonable. They also had a supply of pet items and pet food if needed.

AI have been a client of Dr. Michael Littles for over 20 years and I would never take any of my animals anywhere else. He is as passionate today about his work than he was right out of vet school. He takes the time, the patience and his awesome abilities to create the best experience you can have with your pet. I have over 15 vets closer to me but I will and will continue to drive the 20 miles each way to bring my dog to him. He’s the best I have ever gone to and have recommended several friends to him that say the same and recommend to their friends. You can’t go wrong with this veterinarian.

ANo Leash Needed LLCWe love No Leash Needed! Our German Shorthaired Pointer Trudy has been with NLN from day one. She completed puppy training, e-collar training and has attended day camp Monday through Friday since she was old enough to participate! The staff is amazing and they spoil her just like we do. You can tell when she runs in the door she has to hug and kiss each staff member before running back to camp. We highly recommend NLN for any and all services they offer!- JAMIE D.

ANo Leash Needed LLCNo Leash Needed is hands down the best kennel I've taken my dog too! Every staff member I meet has an obvious and genuine love of dogs that comes through in all their interactions. They are incredibly responsive to questions and calls, and quick to reach out if there is in an issue with your pup at camp. The trainers took my 1 year old pup and turned him from a rowdy pup to a well behaved good boy like it was no big deal and he loved every minute of it! I think the biggest sign of how great No Leash Needed is, is the beeline my dog makes from the car to the building to get in there and play with all his friends!- Traci H.

ANo Leash Needed LLCNo Leash Needed is a friendly and caring place for my dog! He's been going for day care 1-2 times a week since he was 6 months old. He also had training at NLN - the trainer was fantastic! My dog loves the staff! I have boarded him there a few times as well. Pricing is comparable with other companies and they offer a discount on package deals. I am very happy with this business. My dog is even happier with it!- Deborah D.

ANo Leash Needed LLCThe staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly very knowledgeable about dogs. Our golden loves No Leash Needed in Rock Hill - this is not just my assumption, she literally does not want to leave. Ever since we boarded her there while on vacation, when I come to pick her up from Day Camp she lies down and will not budge. I can't blame her, while she was boarded she played with her friends all day long in camp, got a peanut butter cookie every night, and snuggle time before bed.- Lisa M.
