in late October to clean up the leaves in my yard. I used his services last year and he did an pretty good job with the leaves, so I called him back. I originally requested that he come on Monday November 25, but he said he wouldn't be able to make it then, he has large physician clients to attend and works primarily in West County not in the North county area. He said, he could be there Sunday November 24, 2013. I said, okay that's fine as long as its before Thanksgiving, I'm having guests and I don't want them wading through leaves to get to my home. I informed him I would call back as a follow up before the appointment to remind him. He said that would be a good thing.
Last week, I followed up on Thursday November 21, 2013 as promised to remind him about my Sunday appointment. He said, he might be there on Saturday because he had some help. I informed him I would not be home but okay, and he said he would call me before he come out but would definitely be there Sunday as promised. I didn't receive a call on Saturday and that was fine when I arrived home the leaves were still there. My promised appointment date was Sunday November 24, 2013. Sunday came and I never received a call of text, so about 12:00 CST, I called but didn't receive an answer back via telephone or text. An hour later I sent a text and followed up with a few more calls and texts until nightfall. on Monday November 25, 2013 @ 08:46, I called and texted and said the polite thing would be to at least let me know if you will be coming either way. Finally, he called around 09:30, with bad attitude and said, "I won't be there today" and "I won't be there tomorrow" but I will be there Wednesday. I said Liam, I'm an easy going person when it comes to workers all you had to do was call and communicate. He starts going off, it rained last week and the wind was blowing, blah, blah blah... and you sent 12 texts on Sunday. I said sir if you had called me to communicate what was going on you would not have received even one text. He goes off some more "I missed two days works because of the rain and I'm running behind !!! So I asked why didn't you call me. he said, "okay, okay, okay, I messed up but you don't have to keep telling me about it. It was unprofessional beyond belief, I just couldn't belive it. Then he said, I'm not coming on Wednesday !! I said, sir I got your name off of Angie's list and they are supposed to be pretty good is this how you do Business? He said, Angie's list it not as good as you think then they keep charging me tons of money every 3 months for nothing !!! I asked are you coming to do my lawn No! I'm not coming
OMG! I thought is he crazy, the gentleman went on a rant. I hung up the phone and found someone to take care of the leaves. In my opinion Liam has no concern for residential customers and is only concerned about his large commercial clients with big contracts to fill his pockets. He repeatedly states how he's been in business 15 years and REALLY only services large commercial customers or physicians. So, my sentiments are he took care of his large clients and had NO concern for tending to my lawn because it netted him fewer funds. I was treated with total disrespect, his customer service is atrocious, and the whole thing was just insane.

returned when my wife was home and the 11 dead azaleas were replaced. My wife did not watch how the work being done, and how much supervision was provided (we were not expecting them that day). I had asked to be present as I had wanted to oversee the replanting.. The azaleas were planted in two areas and in one area all survived. In the other area all died but one. My impression was that

The roots looked as if they had just come out of their planters; the roots were intertwined around each other and not spreading into the surrounding soil. This is the same way the roots of the dead azaleas appeared. I replanted the new boxwoods, did separation of the roots as instructed by the nursery and those two plants have done very well for over 2 years. They look very healthy.

's landscaping plan was done in a rushed manner giving me little time to review details such as borders. His workers did clean up the site and were hard workers. The initial appearance of the landscaping was satisfactory, but the high death rate of plants made the resulting appearance unsatisfactory.

and received a prompt call back from Chaz. He agreed to go out to a rental home that I owe and evaluate some work that I needed done. He offered to go that afternoon. He did, and called me while he was at the house. I missed his call as I was at work and in a meeting. When I returned his call, he said that he preferred that he be at the house to discuss, so he returned to the house and called again. I talked him through what I wanted done. He said he would call the next day with an estimate. He never called. I've called twice now and left messages. Two weeks later, and I've never received a quote or a call back.

They had the blade up so high on the mower it didn't even look like they mowed. I assumed they would be back the next week but they haven't shown up since. "He came out and estimated the price for me and came the first day and tilled not as deeply as he should have because his tiller had broken and he needed to buy a new one. So he gave me a cheaper price. He was supposed to come back the following Monday and till the area deeper. He never called and never came that day. Then I got a hold of him and he said he still didn't have a tiller. Two weeks went by and he still never came. Then I told him he should just rent a tiller. So he finally finished the job two weeks late. He did a good job at the tilling but the no call and no show was very bad I felt."
