  Their availability was good. The only issue I had was with the billing. The service was fine. The facilities were good. We had problems with the billing and it took a while to get it straightened out.

  Everyone that I know personally would not go there if they were dying or were dead. They don't care. I had a minor outpatient surgery there, to remove a cyst from my breast. I informed the doctor that I get very nervous, and she guaranteed me, that I would be given a pill that would help calm me before going to the operating room, and I got nothing, even though I asked several times. I was not sedated, and I felt every single thing in the operating room. It was the most nightmarish experience of my life. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me lottery money.

  They are rated high. They have the best surgeons. The hospital is clean and the people seem to be attentive. We haven't heard about any outbreak for people who get infected by different types of bacteria. The infection rates are fairly low. I try to stay away from places that have reputation for having problems like that.

  RENT A DAUGHTER LLC

  Woman came to home for a visit before starting so we all could meet with her. She has a great personality, helped my mother with light housework, shopping, meal preparation, and driving to appointments, etc. until my mother was able to drive. Mom started having help for several hours three days/ week. As she has healed and needs less help, the company has been very amicable to the change of dates and hours/day. Parents plan to continue to have their Rent- A- Daughter come once per week so my mother is able to go to her groups/meetings. We are very happy with the service and company.

  So far I am VERY pleased. I was able to go to my cardiologist, since she is in network, and also keep my Primary Care Physician. I've called Essence to check on coverage and benefits and they were helpful and friendly.

  So far, everything I have done they have done their best to keep it to as low a price as possible. All the pharmacists I have dealt with there have been very good, very knowledgeable, and very friendly, which helps a lot sometimes. All the prescriptions were as prompt as they can be except for some 90-day prescriptions that I don?t give them a fair warning about.

  She was very personable and delighted to see you quickly on a one to one level. She listened to what my symptoms were and thoroughly examined me. She seemed to know how to evaluate your symptoms and asked you the questions to help her diagnose my problem. She gave me samples and the treatment that she gave me was effective and I am pleased with her.

  It was fine. Their pharmacy is always very, very busy. For some reason, this is a very popular pharmacy. The wait is often long for a RX (sometimes over an hour) for in-store customers. I guess because it's a 24-hour pharmacy it's very busy.

  I have been going to Walgreens ever since it was built 5 to 8 years ago. I go there, because it is close and convenient to my house, around half a mile. The service has been good and there hasn t been any complaint. The store is clean and the employees are always very helpful. They answer questions for you and are polite. They help you locate what you need. Very rarely do you stand in line, if there are a couple of people standing in the checkout line, then they open an additional cashier line so they can reduce the line.

  I was there twice for a week and a half each time. There were many people that attended to me, and every single person was pleasant, attentive, helpful, and made my stay very easy. Their attitudes were very friendly, yet they kept their professionalism.
