"I purchased a home and the previous owners left some old lumber, a broken down picnic table, numerous paint cans. metal cabinet etc. My residential refuse carrier would not take the items. Jurassic contacted me within 48 hours of the purchase. They came when they said they would, were prompt, efficient, carted away everything and left no mess. I would definitely use them again!
"We signed up for service about a month ago, and they've collected about 4 times for us. Their prices are competitive, and their pickup day in our neighborhood works well for us. Additionally, their customer service representatives are extremely professional, which was refreshing to experience. Their website is - well, not great. It looks good, but it is difficult to find what you're looking for and just flat out doesn't have information that should be there. For example, recycling instructions. There is nothing on their website that explains how to prepare recyclable items for pickup. They have a link that supposedly takes you to such a page, but when you follow that link, the information isn't on the resulting page. runs a great operation. He's courteous and business like in all aspects. He called and said he'd be running a few minutes late, again, very business like. Once on site, the two man team got right to work, tackling the job of removal. They asked all pertinent questions to keep the work on track and were done in about 2.5 hours. This includes taking down the old shed, which had power to it and removal of all of extras we forgot about. I felt that the pricing was more than competitive and we did receive a discount which came in handy. I'd recommend this Company to anyone in need of quick and easy junk removal. "Service was good except in snowy weather conditions. No service to our street on collection day; then no collection for an additional week. Occurred twice in two month period. Other waste management companies managed to provide service to our neighborhood."
"We moved into our new house on Saturday, February 8th, which was to be the first day of pickup. There was one bag of trash left. To be fair, we had just had a large snowstorm and everything was iced over. THeir pickup service is for side of house pickup (you don't have to put the garbage out). We moved in after they bag left, not sure if they could get it, no big deal.
Next pickup, Saturday, February 15th. They picked up trash out of only 1 of 2 garbage cans. I called the customer service line the same day to tell them about the issue. They told me they didnt know why only 1 can had been emptied and promised to pick up the rest on Monday. I got a call from the local dispatcher from fairview hauling who said they were not able to pick up one can because it was frozen to the ground. They said they could pick it up on tuesday (he said they don't pick up on Mondays). Somehow I was easily able to pick the trash can up which was not emptied. Frozen can, or lazy company?

and behold, tuesday February 18th passes and our trash is again not picked up. I call the company yet again who cannot give me an explanation as to why it was not picked up. At this point, 2 weeks of trash have been piling up and both cans are overflowing. He says they will pick it up on Saturday. I specifically asked the representative if the snow on the side of the house (it had snowed multiple times, and they have side of house pickup, but i figured maybe it was making it difficult, although I could easily walk on the side of the house in snowboots and get to the cans) was an issue, and whether I should put the cans in front of the house. He said no, they will pick it up on the side.

I am currently looking for another company to use. Anything is better than these incompetent fools. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
"Quick service-- answered my call immediately and scheduled service right away. No problems with the removal of the items, clean and quick.
"Called two days before we needed to have the junk picked up. Figured there was no way they'd be able to help us. I was told, "No problem, we'll be there at 9am."
Two very nice guys showed up, on time, with the truck. I showed them the several piles of junk and let them have at it. Thirty minutes later they were done and had even swept up some of the areas!
A great experience! We would not only call on these folks to help us again but recommend them to all of our friends!
"Service started off ok. We had some minor issues with them not putting the dumpster back in the designated spot, but we got that ironed out. Now after more than a year of service they stop emptying the dumpster. They had various reason, weather being the most common one. But I kept the driveway cleared and they could have made it. One day they even went to the wrong driveway before leaving without making an attempt to get my dumpster. After I complained, and said I wanted to cancel service since they hadn't emptied the dumpster in over a month and yet I was still paying for service, I was told that I couldn't cancel without paying a big penalty. They continue to threaten me with penalties and legal action if I don't continue to pay for service that they are not delivering. My contract is about up and I am not renewing it. Also beware, you have a small window in which to cancel your contract. If you do not cancel within that window they will automatically renew it for another year. And, you must cancel via certified mail. A phone call is not sufficient. Beware!
