He easily diagnosed the issue and gave me two ways to resolve it so I could choose and keep the cost down. Returned my call shortly after I reached out through Angie's List, came out that same day (a Sunday no less!), and had the work completed with in short amount of time. Replacing a door knob and dead bolt sounds like an easy proposition, but this really wasn't. I had tried and failed several times finding hardware that would work in the undersized holes and decided I needed to use a professional. Good decision.- Barbara T.

Recent Review:
DThe restoration job was done poorly and furthermore they shipped the door in a completely inadequate way. When it arrived there was no damage to the crating yet the door was in pieces, broken. This was a solid bank vault door and it has been so badly restored that metal one inch think fractured. It was incredibly disappointing and further the company's response was essentially 'bad luck'. Not professional and very surprising. I have since found other disappointing reviews. This was $35,000 totally wasted - a big lesson.

Recent Review:
FHow did it go? It didn't. These people advertise 24-hour emergency service. My after-hours calls were not returned during my "emergency" nor was I called back at any time at all. Heuer's claims of 24-hour emergency service are nothing more than false advertising. If you need something done during regular business hours, take your chances. After hours, when it matters most, don't waste your time.
