ADr. Muccini and his entire staff are excellent! He spends time really getting to know his patients and their skin issues. I moved to St. Louis 20 years ago and struggled to find a dermatologist that was extremely knowledgeable about eczema. Found Dr. Muccini two years after arriving and he's been my Dermatologist every since. He's funny and cares deeply for his patients. I lost health insurance in 2015, but Dr. Muccini reduced his office visit fee so I could afford to see him. Most docs are all about the money and not concerned with their patients, Dr. Muccini is one-of-a-kind. Highly recommend!

AThe office and staff was just fine. The doctor was exceptionally personable and very informative, making sure all my questions were answered both before and after procedure. I'd defUnitedly consider him for other cosmetic procedures. I didn't rate him on "EFFECTIVENESS" if therapy cuz one never knows how one will respond (and which can depend on severity of spider veins anyway). Doctor himself was great, though.

FThis used to be a good practice when it was smaller. Now it is too large to handle all the appointments. I was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork, and when I arrived I was then told that normally doctor runs 30 minutes late! So why was I encouraged to arrive early? Their time is valuable to them; our time is not. But it gets worse. Next I was told that the doctor was now running an hour behind because his partner was out and he was handling two sets of appointments. I would need to either wait, which I couldn't, or re-schedule. Well, why didn't they call me and tell me of the situation. I wasted an hour of my time traveling, waiting, returning, and now I have to go back again and deal with this goofed up place all over again. Once again, their time is valuable to them; our time is not. Find a different medical group that knows how to schedule appointments.

AI see Dr. Sam Samimi there. I go there every year for a mole check. The dermatologist has a pleasant manner. He is always cheerful and friendly. He does a good job. I have had many moles removed by him. I will continue to use this practice in the future.

ADr. Miller is great. Very efficient and quick- good knowledge base- very warm and friendly- she did indeed laser off the red spots the same day! Botox was perfect- I have been going out of town for botox since we moved here to St. Louis, but I don't need to anymore! Will definitely be back.

They were knowledgeable so the diagnosis of my issues was very quick. They knew exactly what it was and gave me a prescription and it resolved.

AForsman, Dr. Karen E.Karen is (was) a great doctor. I went to her for several years. She is (was) so busy that you really had to plan ahead and schedule your regular appointments six months in advance. I suppose if you had something urgent, she could fit you in. Fortunately, that did not happen for me. Last year, I received a letter that Karen and her partner were closing their office. There was something in the letter about problems with the lease, but there must have been more to the story. I never did find out. If Karen opens another office and gets back into the dermatology business, I would definitely go to her.- ANDREW S.
