ASTLBuildProI had STL Build Pro come out to my home and do a complete makeover in my living room. They installed crown molding and repainted all in two days. Despite the snow, the installers and painter showed up both days prior to 7am to ensure the job was completed. The installers and painter could not have been any more professional the entire time they were in my home. I cannot imagine using anyone else for future projects. I am not one to give high accolades, as nowadays there always tends to be at least one notable thing that goes wrong. Before starting the project Al explained everything to us in detail. Al and Bobby were polite, efficient and cleaned up the mess as good as I would have and I am a stickler for that. AOur home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects.

AThe job was promised by the very attentive owner Doug Kropp in 1-2 weeks. He had a crew leader Paul who kept everyone on track and on time. Even though labor day holiday fell in the 2 week period, he had a worker here. All the work was custom and looks as if it was part of the existing now 19 year old home. I highly recommend this team of excellent professionals.
