    I can't say enough wonderful things about SCHNEIDER TV & VIDEO SERVICE. They went above and beyond to help us get a replacement part from the television manufacturer. They walked us through the process, were quick to respond to phone/text messages, and were punctual in arriving for scheduled appointments. Their professionalism and friendliness were exactly what one would expect from a service company coming into your home. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality service!

    Everything was great.  The appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician arrived on table.  He was polite and informative.  He took the time to explain everything and even helped set-up some additional hardware I purchased.  He stuck around to ensure everything worked properly before he left.

    Needed tape cassette player fixed. Went to Bob Leisse TV to find out if he could fix cassette player. Hes doesn't fix tape cassette players but did give me a referral to another possible repair center. Unfortunately, they do not perform this service either. Was please that Boob Leisse tried to help me out.

    An over all excellent job. The same technician that told us what part needed to be replaced installed the new part. He was very punctual, considerate and knowledgeable. The TV works fine and I would call them again for a repair without hesitation.

    Thing turned out very well. The set was purchased Feb 2008, so the warranty had expired. Mr. Leisse checked and found that Sony had been having problems with this set and had a established a program to handle it. He suggested that I call Sony and see what they would do for me. Since he was not an authorized Sony technician he did not want to go forward with repairs that might jeapordize any help Sony might offer. On his suggestion, I called Sony and they said they would indeed verify the problem, and then take care of it free of charge. Mr. Leisse saved me a lot of repair cost.

    I called Bob for an estimate first. It was $50 to diagnose the problem, which was credited to the final bill. I dropped off the TV myself, but Bob helped get it out of my car and bring it into his shop Those old CRT TV's are heavy!. He called back 2 days later with the correct diagnosis and final bill of $150 to fix it. This was a little more than my research on the internet indicated it would cost, but in line with the estimate I got from Bob. He had it fixed a few days later (my schedule was not critical). When I picked it up, he and his brother put it back in my car. The TV works fine again.

    Overall, the service provided by this company is very good. They came out the same or next day after I called them. The set was repaired on time and the cost estimate was right on. They returned the set and connected all my components correctly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The Leisse brothers were very pleasant to deal with.

    They came out and in an hour replaced a chip set, cleaned the lenses and gave the TV an overall tuneup. The repairman was very polite and assured me that this was a common problem with sets of this age. By the time he left the picture was superb...better than new. I highly recommend them. I also recently requested a quote from them for voice and data wiring for my new office, and Jerry in the office was very honest and frank in telling me that the competing bid was a very good deal.

    Throughout the entire process this company was unwilling to give considerate, respectful customer service. Setting up an appointment was on the company's timetable, not ours, and we were given a 5-hour window where we had to be home for the technician. My husband had to take off work to meet the technician. The scheduler told me that the technician calls the home before the appointment and if no one answers the phone they simply don't come by for the scheduled service! I was astonished at the lack of customer service at this company, and hope we don't have to ever do business with them again.
