    Mid-Missouri Property Management LLC
In Summer 2009, I found out I had about two weeks to relocate with my job. I was unable to sell my property and decided to use it as a rental. I had previously met Joyce and knew she had the right company to manage my property. In a matter of weeks, my condo was rented, cutting my housing payments in half since I was already renting in my new city. When it came to repairs and replacements, they provided me with estimates along with the notification email. How much easier could it be? The company is easy to work with and flexible. I would highly recommend them to any absentee homeowner in the mid-Missouri area.

    Ohmes Handyman Services
Mr. Mark Ohmes , owner of Ohmes Handyman Services is very punctual, his work is very professional and most of all he charges a very fair and reasonable cost for high quality work. Mr. Ohmes was highly recommended by Troy Plumbing and Supply, he has never advertised and his work referrals are solely from word of mouth. His work ethic is impeccable, coming from a corporate background before venturing into being a business owner, he delivers and provides excellent work and craftsmanship. He reminds you of the good old strong American values, hard work and honesty, a rare thing nowadays. If you are in the Lincoln and St. Charles County area, I would highly recommend to contact Ohmes Handyman Services for home repairs.

Realty Executives was the third property management company we saw when we first moved to Fort Leonard Wood. We were discouraged not only at the rentals we had found with other companies, but at the quality of property managers. That is, until we met Sharron Gillam. She was WONDERFUL! When we first started working with R.E., she did whatever she could to find us a rental, and we found one in 2 days. During this process, she talked with us about buying, something we had never considered being a military family and not knowing how long we would be in a certain place. Long story short, we went from renting a house, to buying the house we were renting, with Sharron there every step of the way. She was always eager to help, had NO problems answering any questions we had (which were a lot, as we were first time home buyers). Mix her wonderful personality with her quick British wit, and you have one great lady! She will be our go-to gal when it comes time to sell our home!

They are easy to work with and very friendly. They charge 10% of the rent. I probably won't continue to use them.

MY husband and I needed a rental home and we went to look at some and we were told that the homes are all professionally cleaned...once we picked a house and signed lease we went to move in and house was filthy. Even had food in microwave and every appliance was dirty. When I called she told me my standards were to high and the house had already been inspected and there was nothing they could do. I spend 3 days cleaning just so could unpack our boxes. We are now locked into a year lease which states we have to leave house in condition we got it in. Which we know that will not happen, we will probably be out $2,350. DON'T NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The property manger is rude and seemed overwhelmed the whole process not to mention never resolved any of our concerns or even called us back. We told pictures and videos so when the time comes to move out we will get deposit back. They should owe me for cleaning the nasty house they are renting me

    Trusted Property Management LLC
Terrible they lied from the start. they dont take care of things or problems at village green apts. they let alot of loosers live there. Pets run wild and do their business by the pool and in front of others apts. The outside is dirty and alot of bugs and spiders. They don't accomodate handycapped people for parking. If you complain to much they threaten to kick you out. And when you move out they try to beat you out of the deposits. All they are interested in is getting their money. An their very rude. when you call to complain.

They left drywall dust everywhere when they were doing construction work for the home owner.  They said we had to clean it all up.  I ended up having a lung infection and they said it wasn't their problem.  They finally sent a cleaning crew to clean after a week to get out.  They are horrible.

    St Joseph Property Management
At the time of the initial walk through the rental property was shown to have items needing repair.  The manager promised to promptly take care of the items found.  Upon signing of the lease the items were mentioned and again the manager indicated he would have them fixed as soon as possible.  Upon occupancy there were no repairs made and no sign of  the manager or schedule for the repairs to be completed.  On the day before the agreed upon due date of the first lease payment the manager visited the property demanding payment and produced a penalty worksheet outlining the charges to be applied to any late payments. This seemed pretty harsh treatment for a brand new tenant never having be een late in the past. It is highly recommended that any potential renter review the lease agreement carefully and read between the lines.  It was later discovered that the apparent reason that this company does not accept housing is because it would have to meet their standards to get payment. Management was notified in writing of the items needing repaired including several fire safety and health concerns.  To date management has not responded to any of the items.
