    They���re really not good. Check out Google and Yelp reviews as well; they barely break "poor." I���ve used them multiple times. They overcharge for the parts and labor, damaged cabinetry (I repaired), didn���t fix the problem after three visits and still charge you for it all. The owner is uncooperative, putting the burden back on the manufacturer. For example, my fridge still goes out sporadically because of a bad R&R board and the fridge doors are still out of alignment after tech fudged with the door height when servicing the first time. He never corrected this (apparently forgot) but St. Louis Appliance Repair still wants me to pay another service call of $98 just to come out and "assess" the situation. I would've replaced this fridge long ago except for the fact it has custom doors and it would be hard to replicate. I'm a longtime corporate executive and senior management consultant, so it's not about the money to me. It's the ethics. These guys should be de-authorized by Whirlpool, as I've suggested to them. Pretty unbelievably bad customer service. It's about the money. Not your satisfaction..

    Repair work went very well. Technician also cleaned door glass while the door was disassembled. Technician also warned me that control unit for this oven is no longer available; if control unit fails in the future, the entire oven will have to be replaced.

    Made an appointment to have my stovetop assessed for a burner that was not working. The technician was late, arriving at 12:35 when I was given a 8-12 time frame. Upon arriving I explained the problem and he informs me that b/c we opened the stovetop ourselves and tried to fix the problem that he cannot work on it. This is a question that should be asked at the time the appointment is made. Worst customer service and my morning wasted. Look elsewhere.

    I called at 10am and Randy was at my house by 12:45. He said my washing machine was shot and couldn't be repaired. Not what I wanted to hear, but I know he was right. Overall, excellent service and I will definitely use them again. They were quick, reasonable, professional, and honest. What more could you want?

    I called American and was able to get an appointment within the next couple of days. The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would cost to fix it. I agreed. He thought he had the part in his truck, but he checked and he didn't have it. He said he would need to buy the part and wouldn't be able to fix it that day. He told me when to expect him to be back with the part. I was surprised when he called that afternoon and said he'd bought the part and could fix the washer that afternoon, if that was convenient for me. It was, so he came back and installed the part in short order. I would definitely use American again.

    I called on a Saturday AM and a live person answered instead of an answering machine, which is a miracle in and of itself. I was able to schedule a repair call the same day. In addition, they were able to come at a time that did not conflict with another appointment I already had. The repairman, Mike S. called before coming and was prompt. He did an excellent job of fixing the machine and showing what was wrong and what I could do to avoid the problem in the future, which I appreciate. The repair cost was very reasonable too.

    Jarod was our service technician. Arrived promptly. Even though I had the same issue last year and the relay switch was replaced (after a lot of issues), Jarod checked the entire oven for any other issues. Even pulled it out. I was impressed and he seemed like he knew what he was doing. Again it was the relay switch. Not fixed yet but part had to be ordered. I am confident it will be repaired correctly this time and won't need it done next year.

    We agreed to postpone having the microwave serviced and to look for a replacement before pursuing what could be a costly repair. I'd recommend this company to anyone for the following reasons: 1. Oren answered his phone, something the other 3 service companies I called didn't do. 2. Oren was candid and honest about the possibility of resolving the issue I presented. 3. Oren could have talked me into a service call but did not citing unknowns that could be costly.

    We had them once and then I had them come back because we continued to have a problem several months after they came the first time and then they honored that. They didn't charge me additional for coming back and redoing one part and they had missed a part but they were great. They honored their work and they fixed it and admitted that they had missed something.

    I was so happy with this company. After being let down by my long time repair company, Randy came to my service call and within no time at all, our dryer was working again.
