    This is the second time I have used B&B and I've been pleased both times. For this repair, they were able to fit me into their schedule at an early date, they were prompt, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. These folks are pros.

    Very friendly, helpful, experienced. I will continue to use him for my piano tuning. He is also going to fix a problem I'm having with it and is putting a plan together for that. I had gone to his website, sent an email requesting a tuning, he was very prompt with getting back with me and scheduling the appointment. All the reviews I have read about him are good.

    They were always able to diagnose the problem and fix it. Their wait time was usually 4 weeks or more, but that was due to the amount of customers they were doing repairs for. They are very competent and knowledgeable in the field of electronics, down to the component level. Their prices were very fair considering the initial price of the televisions we sent them. They were able to fix just about every issue we came across. It is very rare to find an electronics repair shop anywhere these days. Most televisions are so cheap, that it's easier to purchase a new one rather than have one fixed. Typically the problems with televisions are easily fixable with a new component or board replacement. When it comes to audio equipment, these guys know what they're doing. I had a very expensive Dolby receiver quit working on me, and rather than throw it away, I took it to them and they fixed the problem for under $50. Remember, it will probably take at least four weeks to get your item back, so factor that into your expectations. They keep busy, and for good reason. *For future reviewers, make sure to be thorough in your review, just as I was in my review. Don't be lazy or brief in your statements. That doesn't do anyone a bit of good. Use this review as an example... (drops mic)

    I called them early in the morning and they squeezed me in that day so that I could do my laundry and pack. He easily could have told me I needed parts, and I wouldn't have known the difference, but he cleaned the brushes and got it running, and told me that I could expect to have to replace the motor down the road. Quick, courteous, and honest! I will definitely use them again!!!

    great!! January (one of the managers) gave us enough time to ask questions and offer recommendations. she also called to get our dryer delivered a day early, as we had a storm coming. Delivery staff terrific and on time. Everyone was great. Thanks!

    Because MasterTech charges for their estimates, they appear to have a side business going where they will come out for an estimate, collect their fee, and then provide an outrageous estimate to ensure they don't have to do the work. They ensure they will get calls by allowing you to apply the price of the estimate to the job. But then make sure that never happens. We had three estimates for a job, and only MasterTech charged us for the estimate. The three estimates were $650, $850, and $2500. Guess where MasterTech is on that list?

    I called and Jeff Terry was able to get to the house quickly. He was professional and courteous. He was able to diagnose the problem straightaway and get it fixed in a short time. In the course of the diagnostics, a small amount of water began draining and he wiped it up tidily. He works on most large appliances (he gestured around the kitchen) and works on any brand except Samsung. He offers a 30 day warranty on his work. I would definitely call him again if I have a problem of this type.

    It went fine. They are very difficult to schedule. If you call them someone in India answers and it's hard to coordinate and you don't know when the guys are going to come out until that very morning, but once they show up then you are fine. They do fine work, it's just the scheduling is very difficult. The workers are very nice.

    This was the second time our ice maker water line had frozen. We had the line thawed out and it worked for several months with no problems, until a few days before we called this company.  He did show up when he said he would and he helped clean up the water on the floor.  However, he made no attempt to fix the water line and he couldn't find where to turn off the water (it was under the sink beside the refrigerator). We could get water from the spigot in the refrigerator door prior to his arrival.  Now that spigot does not work. He just said that the ice maker was broken and he would order a new one.  We called the next day and told him not to order the ice maker, that we had made other arrangements.  He said he had already ordered the machine.  We told him to cancel the order.  He then said he would send us a bill for the service call.  He send us a bill by email and it has been paid.  We are senior citizens and also a military veteran but no discount was offered as advertised by this company.

    When I called MasterTech and talked with the office manager I briefly described our problem and told her this was going to be a difficult job since it required crawling around in our hot attic and replacing a gas line down the wall into the fireplace.  She said "Ok, I will send out one of our Master Technicians".  MasterTech sent Chad.  Chad was extremely nice, knowledgeable and he did a wonderful job. He initially came out to my house to view the problem and then we discussed what different steps we could take to try and fix the issue.  He gave me a estimated quote. I will have to say the price was more than other quotes I had received.  However, after Chad & I discussed the problem I knew right away he had experience with gas lines and knew how to fix it properly.  I am willing to pay more for great work!   Chad called the MasterTech office for me and scheduled the appointment to come back out to fix our gas line. I will definietly use MasterTech again.  Thank you Chad.
