    Countryside Pet Retreat LLC
Boarded my boxer for 8 days. He ate all of his meals and some of his treats. He got to play with other dogs. He looked good at time of pickup. Owner lives on premises and dogs are let out to run/play several times a day. Also boarded my previous two boxers at the countryside pet retreat years ago. They were well cared for when we went on vacation for 2 weeks. The care is excellent and the owner is always around. She will notify the pet owner if anything should come up regarding your pet and even take your pet to her own veterinarian if needed after talking to you about the problem. I rate this pet resort highly.

We've been taking our 2 dogs and 3 cats to them for about 5 years now. Our first experience with them impressed me so I decided to stick with them. They've always treated our animals with kindness and patience. Our dogs are always happy to greet them and we've always felt comfortable around them. As a former vet tech(while in Nebraska, not in Missouri) I tend to be picky on who treats our pets, but I've only seen excellent technique and professionalism with that necessary human touch that lets you know they care. We don't have a favorite vet because we've had a good experience with all of them. Most of the time our dogs don't even realize they've been vaccinated. They are knowledgeable and good at listening to any concerns. They're good at greeting and interacting with our pets. They're also good natured and willing to answer any questions we've had. I find their prices about average for the area if that's a consideration for you. I trust these people with our pet family members.

NOAH'S ARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL & BIRD CLINIC
Thoughtful, thorough and kind vet. Spent extra time with our sick kitty on a number of visits. Very popular of course, so it can be somewhat hard to make quick appointment.

I went on vacation for two weeks after shortly moving into the area and knowing nobody here; Jill is great and I'm glad we hired her. Two of my cats have special needs, and she was able to care for them as they needed and sent us email updates (with pictures), which was a big relief. Will definitely hire again if we need to go out of town!

Scheduled an appointment quickly. Received excellent care. The kittens were very frightened but Dr. Luebbering's gentle petting and soft voice put them at ease even with blood tests and shots.

NOAH'S ARK ANIMAL HOSPITAL & BIRD CLINIC
We have used Noah's Ark for a very long time with multiple pets. We've done the works with them, shots, check-ups, surgeries, boardings, food, you name it. Pets involved: Birds, Cats I have really mixed feelings about Noah's Ark. The biggest Con is a direct result of the Pro in that they are VERY busy all the time due to how popular they are. Pros: Popular. The prices are very fair. People are friendly. Cons: Busy. I'd like to see more help up front as they always seem over-whelmed. The facilities also seem a little cramped in the waiting room. Advice: I think they need to move to more of a doctors office model for the waiting room. Have people sign-in on paper as they arrive. Then the receptionist can help who is next on the list. Right now it can become unclear as to who is next to be served.

    Rolling Hills Veterinary Hospital
Staff was friendly and upfront with pricing. The vet we saw answered even our most tangential questions and was happy to keep us involved in all decisions. They recommended fewer routine vaccines than our previous vet, suggesting they aren't peddling needless treatments to pad their bottom line.

I've been taking my pets to the Paris Road location for over 20 years. Everyone is very professional and personable, fron the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets. When the price of my cat's prescription meds went up, the staff researched and located a less expensive but still excellent substitute. It's a great place with well trained excellent staff
