The installation was professionally done. My next door neighbors had thanked me for raising the value of their home. The siding is beautiful. I am very pleased with both the siding and the installation. Every day someone else tells us how beautiful my house is now. Thank you for living up to our expectations

It went Awesome! Erskine was reliable, he showed up when he said he was going too and he was professional. He did a great job, he utilized his time while doing all the work and he cleaned up after the jobs as well. I will be using him Again for some projects in the fall and have recommended him to my friends.

What a terrible experience. American Sun Control installed a fence and 2 locking gates around our pool. We noticed, shortly after install that my 3 year old son could open the locked gate. It turns out, if you push down with just a little bit of pressure the lock disengages and the gate can swing open freely. I called American Sun Control and spoke with Steve Russell. He was courteous and assured me the issue would be resolved. I called and left several messages all of which went unanswered. After a month of no response I called and spoke with a manager, Pam. Pam informed me that the gate was working fine, but my son wasn't using it properly. I insisted that if a locked gate does not keep a 3 year old out of a pool, the gate is faulty. Pam became very unprofessional telling me that when she had young children she "watched her kids". What an unreal experience. I called my pool builder and he sighed. He informed me that they have terrible service, hates to use them and has heard many complaints from others. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The job was supposed to take just a few days, but after almost a month the job was not completed. The crew that was sent was totally inept to be working by themselves. We found out that the supervisor of the crew was on vacation but continental thought the second in line of the crew could get the job done. But no such luck. Came late, left early. Didn't have the right supplies and couldn't get the right staples to even put up the wrap on the house. They asked if they could store their toolbelts in the garage and we said yes. They ended up putting all their cutting equipment in the garage along with other tools that made the garage a mess for over 3 weeks. After two weeks they had the short side almost completed, the back of the house started on the siding and a few windows wrapped. But in the process they had cut corners wrong, scratched up the aluminum wrap and did a very amateurish job of what they had accomplished. We started to complain to the project manager for continental and he was not overly concerned about the crew and the job they seemed to be doing. July 3rd rolled around and nobody showed up to work at all. Nobody bothered to tell us they were taking the day off so consequently we left our garage door open all day for no reason and they missed another day of work. Also at this point, the siding at the top of the back of the house proceeded to start falling off the house. After texting the project manager with the pictures and getting no response I tried to send an email to the company contact that was on their website but the email address came back to me as undeliverable. I then found their Facebook page and copied and pasted the email and all the pictures of the problems we have been having with this job. I was not a happy person paying $11,000.00 for this work to be done and it looking worse than if I had done it myself. Finally, the Facebook post got some attention and the attitude seemed to change drastically. The supervisor came back from vacation and literally had do redo most of the windows that were completed during his absence. They had to redo some panels in the back that were not cut right to start with. The same panels that had fallen down did again and the project manager personally fixed that to supposedly never fall off again. The crew, before the supervisor came back had left ladders laying in the yard along with plywood and extra pieces of siding that in turn killed the grass that we had spent two years getting grow. Seems the supervisor was the one with the truck that could pull the trailer that their equipment was supposed to be hauled back and forth to the job site. So the crew was not employed by continental but must have been contracted installers so watch out for that as well. The job did finally get finished and it ended up looking pretty good after several more trips to fix a few more mistakes. The whole experience was just not done in a professional manner that I expected from this company. Be very wary of them. Get several estimates from various contractors that is the hard lesson that I learned to late.

Ed came in at a lower bid than the other company I requested an estimate from, yet the quality and workmanship of the job done did not suffer one bit. They were at my house when they said they would be, and had the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. I will definitely request his services again in the future!

Nick was very professional and his price quote was the best of three other services I researched. He did an excellent job even on those area that were particulate moldy and completely cleaned up all the dirt and debris. I thought his service was excellent and his prices were reasonable I plan to tell others about him and to use this company in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about Continental Siding Supply. The quality of the siding is outstanding as well as the customer service I received from both the install crew and the project manager. Everything I asked for, they did. My house went form one of the oldest looking in the neighborhood to one of the most outstanding. Thank you, Continental Siding Supply!

We have been very pleased with the work completed by Unlimited Handiworks. He has used new products, researched the best ways for installation, and offered fresh ideas. Erskine has done many different types of projects for us and we have always been pleased. He is also very pleasant to work with and considerate of one's personal space.

The quality of the siding product, it's features & benefits of it was unbelievable. The professionalism of the salespeople & installers was great and they weren't 'pushy' or forcing me to make a decision right away. Financing was easy & the whole job was finished ahead of schedule.
