I got to the hospital and I was already dilated 8cm. They got me in right away and called my OB. Since it was my first child I had no idea what was going on. The nurse in the delivery room gave me some sage advice that made my contractions almost unnoticeable. Using her guidance I was able to give birth in about 7 mins. As someone who was terrified of the birth process; I am completely grateful to the staff at WCH for making my experience un-terrifying.

They are professional and they get the job done. They answer your questions and they are able to get you to a direct answer. I've never had problems with getting answers and getting the problem straightened out. I also like the fact that if you spring them an old or questionable bill, they will straighten it right out. They'll even make the phone calls for you to straighten out the questionable bills. I've had several of the operators do that for me. The only thing I don't like is the little bit of wait on the phone, but not much.

I had a screening procedure that was to be covered 100% by United--I confirmed this w/United customer service before the procedure and again w/the provider who did the procedure.  About a month after the procedure I received a bill for approx. $400.00 indicating that I needed to meet my deductible.  I s/w United customer service and, indeed, the rep said that it should have been fully covered (no deductible) as they (United) had coded it as a screening.  The rep said that the healthcare provider had not coded it as such and United would send it back to Claims. It took several months to straighten out, but I finally received a corrected EOB from United indicating that the entire cost of the procedure had been covered.
I credit United with keeping on top of the matter, as when I called a second time b/c I was concerned about the healthcare provider referring the bill to collections United put a rush on the claim to be paid.
I've had to speak with United customer service probably a total of about 3 times, and I've yet to have a bad experience with them.  They have been respectful and responsive to my needs.
I give them a "B" on price, because I think the premiums could be a little better for State employees, but they do offer a premium discount for verification of an annual wellness exam.
I gave them "NA" on coverage, because I haven't used it extensively enough to speak from experience on coverage.
I plan on staying with them in the next open enrolllment.

Very nice people, friendly, hardly any wait before I was called back. I sat in the examining room a bit longer than it seemed I should, as they were not at all busy.
I was seen by a nurse practicioner who, I felt, was extremely competent. She gave me good instructions and sent me on my way.
    I highly recommend this place!!

I got on their website and discovered you can register online (which I did). I got a call 10 minutes later saying they could see me in 20 minutes. The place was clean. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They had my info, since I registered online. I just had to sign a couple papers and give them $50.
I was called back quickly and didn't wait long for Dr. Zerrer. He examined my knee and elbow and ordered a knee x-ray. He told me what was wrong, what to do and not do, to get a primary physician, he recommended one and the staff made the appointment and called me the next day with the info. My scripts were called in to the pharmacy. I was in and out of there (with x-rays) in less than an hour. Was the easiest thing I've done in a long time. I would recommend this place and I will definitely go back.

This was my 4th visit to this convenient Urgent Care facility. I almost wish they had a frequent visitors' club. During all of my visits, the doctors there were consistently thorough and professional. They are definitely a great alternative to the ER for urgent but non-emergency health problems.

The short term stay I had there, part of it was good. The regular hospital was not quite so much, but it was still adequate. I had a surgery and I was released the following day and it might have been either premature or without sufficient information which ended up with me having to come back and be re-admitted.

They are great.  It is a small locally owned business that fits that stereotype of description.  They are personable and they know their customers.  It is hard dealing with a large chain store.

Boone Hospital has a great staff - everyone from the info desk to the surgeons is helpful and patient. I have spent time in waiting rooms, in surgery prep rooms, in consultations, and all of my interactions are quite positive. I think it's the best hospital in the central Missouri area, and if I have to have a procedure, this is where I would want to have it.

I've been using this pharmacy for years and they are great. It is so convenient to call in refills over the phone.

They are always helpful and have things ready when they say they are going to. I work for the university which makes their prices fantastic.
