    Very friendly, helpful, experienced. I will continue to use him for my piano tuning. He is also going to fix a problem I'm having with it and is putting a plan together for that. I had gone to his website, sent an email requesting a tuning, he was very prompt with getting back with me and scheduling the appointment. All the reviews I have read about him are good.

    Terwelp did an excellent job. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They job was done in a very timely manner. The upholstery was completed beautifully within 2 weeks of our selecting the fabric. They saved us money by letting us know we did not need to replace the cushions, only the support webbing. They informed us up front that they do not do wood work but that they could take the job to Finishing Touch in Columbia, MO. Finishing Touch did a superior job of repairing our chair without having all of the original pieces. We paid them separately for this work.

    I can't speak enough to how great and easy it was to work with Kristin. She asked good questions (like goals and budget) and then did an awesome job working within those. A few cabinets arrived damaged, and she took care of getting new ones ordered and in place before I even knew that had happened. She also recommended our contractor (Chet Crystal) who has been great as well. Would definitely recommend!

    great!! January (one of the managers) gave us enough time to ask questions and offer recommendations. she also called to get our dryer delivered a day early, as we had a storm coming. Delivery staff terrific and on time. Everyone was great. Thanks!

    It was fantastic. The Handy-Matt team showed up right on time and I briefly gave a description of some heavy duty locks I wanted to have put on some doors for added security and to keep my kids from being able to get out to the pool, as well as some deadbolts on some other doors. I also needed some work done to fix a cabinet door and some weather stripping.  I then left for work and when I came back, everything had been done exactly how I wanted and exceeded my expectations. They went to the store for the supplies and everything. I was absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much to Matt and his team!!

    Crew with truck met me at the storage facility on time Quickly and carefully loaded the truck with our worldly goods. Carried everything into the house; including several trips to the basement with heavy items that could not be hauled on a cart or hand truck. Crew was very friendly and I didn't hear any complaints.

    When I walked in, immediately they helped me. They were really great to work with.  They did a really good job working with me on the photo processing and had them completed within two days. The personnel were very helpful and they provided me with a number of demos. Their prices are a good deal and are very reasonable. They are a local company which I really like to support.

    They were great. I was skeptical at first because we had just found them on Craigslist, and I wasn't sure what to expect. We were looking for some help moving our boxes and heavy items from our old to new house but didn't want to hire an expensive moving company. Friends in other cities suggested I look on Craigslist and that is how we found IVP. We were very pleased at how professional they were, how efficient they were in moving our items, and how careful they were with our items. They know how to load items well so that they won't break in transit and they were great at getting our washer and dryer out of an extremely difficult spot. I wasn't sure how we were going to get the washer and dryer out of the tight spot they were in and IVP did it with no problem. They came prepared with their own moving equipment--dolly and those moving straps for appliances.



    They were also great in terms of scheduling. I wasn't sure how long it would take them to move all of our stuff. They had a good idea based on past experience and similar sized moves they had done. But, they were willing to block off additional time for our move but only charge us for the actual amount of time they moved us. Given that we moved during peak season, I thought this was above and beyond what most places would do, since if we didn't use them for those additional hours (which we didn't) they could have scheduled another move. They were also flexible when at the last minute we thought about changing our move date. While we ultimately decided to stay with our original date, they were very accommodating at adjusting to our fluctuations in schedule.



    The other great thing is that when we went to pay, they discounted time for a small break they took--a break that we insisted on. We had bought them lunch (a decision we made and by no means was expected by them) and they took only 15 minutes to eat. They then discounted 30 minutes from the final charge. We paid them the full amount because 1) it was only 15 minutes not 30, and 2) I'm pretty sure by law (if not ethically) workers should be allotted at least one 15 minute break per 4 hour work session. It was great though that they made the discount offer.



    We also enjoyed them personally. They were very pleasant to talk with. I have to say this was the best $200 we spent throughout the whole moving process. The workload they saved us was tremendous and made our whole moving process much easier.



    The one caveat I'll say is don't be thrown off by the voicemail message. When I first called I just got a message saying: and quot;this is J leave a messageand quot; (or something to that effect). Since I found IVP on craigslist I wasn't quirt sure who J was and if I even had the right number. Justin got back to me right away though and was very professional in all of his communications,

    Our son, who is on disability, purchased the Kirby system 0n March 14, 2013. We became aware of the purchase when we were assisting him with transportation to/from his medical and surgical doctors. We questioned him about the wisdom of purchasing such a cumbersome vacuum because of his physical limitations. He acknowledged that he discovered he could not operate the machine and that he had not used it since the demonstration. We asked him about Kirby?s return policy and our son said there was no problem because the sales person told him that if he was dissatisfied with the product he could return it anytime within 90 days of its purchase.

    At the time of purchase our son, who lives on disability, could not afford to buy the machine but was talked into financing it which he did. The only information that he has about the purchase of the vacuum is the Retail Installment Contract. The Kirby Team Leader?s signature, is illegible. On the contract there is a place for the cancellation date to be entered ?NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF ______?, but this line was not filled out. He called the company that sold him the Kirby, CR Distributing at 4250 E Broadway, Ste. 1015, Columbia, MO 65202 on May 1, 2013 to advise them that he could not use the vacuum and that he wanted to return it since it was still within 90 days of purchase. He also noted that after reading the financing agreement more closely he discovered the 3 day cancellation period to cancel the financing agreement. After discussing the matter with Laura, who answered the phone at CR Distributing, he was told there should be no problem with returning the vacuum. She even explained what the procedure was for returning the vacuum and that she would put the cancellation order into the computer. He was told that the vacuum would be picked up by CR Distributing within 20 days. A cancellation notice was also mailed to United Consumer Financial Service (the loan company financing the purchase) on May 2, 2013. The vacuum was not picked up within the 20 days like he was told nor did our son receive any communication from CR Distributing or the finance company to advise him of the status of the vacuum return. He began to periodically call CR Distributing and again the individuals that he talked to did not indicate that there was a problem with the cancellation, but that he would need to talk with a manager. Our son called: June 3, 2013 and talked to Ashley who said he would need to talk to Sheryl, a manager, but he did not hear from her. On June 12, 2013 he called again and talked to Ashley who then said he would need to talk to Chris Stallings and that they would get back to him. But no one called him back until later in June. A person who identified himself as Josh Beck (573-231-6466) finally called to tell our son that the vacuum could not be returned because the transaction was not cancelled within 3 days of purchase and that CR Distributing no longer ?owned? the vacuum, it was now owned by United Consumer Financial Service. When he asked about the 90 day return that he was promised when he purchased the vacuum, he was told that if he had that in ?writing? he could submit that as a complaint (as noted above the cancellation date was ?conveniently? left blank) Calls were made to UCFS numerous times and he was advised that the only option was for CR Distributing to ?buy back? the vacuum since he has never used it. CR Distributing has said they will not buy back the vacuum.

    We feel that our son?s efforts to resolve this issue were ignored and that he was misled by CR Distributing. All he is asking for is CR Distributing to honor their verbal 90 day commitment to take back the vacuum.
