    I was called by the main office within 24 hours of requesting a quote. 2 Technicians arrived promptly at the appointment time and took a moment to get the understanding of my concerns and got right to work. The work ended up being half as expensive as I was originally quoted and the work is fantastic. They checked the wiring in the light fixture I was concerned about and fixed it quickly. Very satisfied with the work done. (additionally, they made sure to clean up any mess that happened while working) They were done within an hour and made payment easy.

    It went Awesome! Erskine was reliable, he showed up when he said he was going too and he was professional. He did a great job, he utilized his time while doing all the work and he cleaned up after the jobs as well. I will be using him Again for some projects in the fall and have recommended him to my friends.

    Excellent service! Jed and Jason arrived precisely on time (7:30 am), were professional and personable, listened to our description of where we wanted lights installed, made great suggestions to improve the lighting layout, and proceeded to do all the electrical work. They, as I told them, are miracle workers! The new lights and bathroom fans provide needed updates to our home and great functionality. Highly recommend Withrow Electric.

    The owner of the company (Aaron) gave a complimentary estimate very quickly after I contacted him (within a day or two). He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The estimate I received was about half the cost of another reputable electrician in the area and I felt confident in his abilities to do a great job. We were able to schedule the work within a couple weeks (not because of his schedule but more-so because of mine). The work was scheduled the Monday following Easter which was a cold, windy day with snow on the ground (it had just snowed the previous day). I was certain I was going to receive a call asking to reschedule the job but instead, the electrician showed up on time and completed the work in the 1.5 hours that he predicted it would take. This was a different electrician from the owner that gave the estimate but he was also very courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that he would brave the elements outside and get the work done on the promised date of service. The electrical outlet was installed and looks great! I would definitely use AC Wiring again!

    This was a difficult job since nothing in our house is ���standard���. The lighting had to be moved twice along with the medicine cabinet and the doorway had to me moved all to accommodate the new cabinets. Very pleased with the outcome.

    Badly. I tried to coordinate hot tub dealer and electrician so hot tub would be delivered when electrical work was being completed. Communications between them got messed up. Not sure whose fault that is. Electrical work was not done properly. I was repetedly told, ���We���ve installed hundreds of hot tubs.��� Well, the pumps and lights didn���t work on my hot tub. I have a top brand (Hot Springs)���not a fly by night or unusual tub. Called installer after finding this out and was told they couldn���t get back that day or the next day. Called hot tub company to confirm it was a wiring issue. ���Is it on?��� ���Yes.��� ���Do any of the pumps or lights work?��� ���No.��� ���Then it���s wired wrong.��� Hot tub company came out and fixed wiring, showing me that wiring specifications and diagram were on the panel. Told company about situation when I paid invoice and was told I should have called and ���we would have sent someone out right away.��� When I said I called the installers, who said they couldn���t make it back for two days, I was told I should have called the office. Really? I was also told they don���t sub out work. But I guess full time, regular workers/installers don���t report issues to the office? They were polite, but work simply wasn���t done correctly and I found their responses puzzling.

    Erskine Horton, the main man behind Unlimited Handiworks, did an excellent job. The house he had to work with was a Wick Home built in 1979 (meaning nothing in the house is "standard"), so the task wasn't without its problems but nothing Mr. Horton couldn't fix. The kitchen cabinets posed the biggest challenge since they were constructed unit-by-unit by Klervue, shipped in boxes with instructions on how to put them together. This type of cabinets was a first for Mr. Horton and he did a great job piecing them together. Mr. Horton was easy to work with, helped us in choosing the products for the buck, and made suggestions on how best to accomplish what we wanted the house to look like. He works best without over-the-shoulder monitoring but is open to suggestions or ideas and does like feedback on his work. We look forward to seeing what he does with the bathroom which will be thoroughly remodeled as well. Mr. Horton was always upbeat and ready to tackle whatever was scheduled for the day; he also has a great positive attitude. I've included before and after pictures of the kitchen (sorry they're not real good); pics of the rest of the house will have to come later.

    I contacted Withrow electric for a hot tub that I needed wired. They were very polite on the phone, and scheduled a time for an estimate to be performed. A man came to the home at the scheduled time, did a quick inspection of the area, and provided me with a reasonable estimate. We agreed upon a time for the work to be completed, which was done do at said time. Work looks very professional and safe. I initially had an issue turning the hot tub on because I had not turned on the breaker and/or junction box correctly. The people at Withrow were quick to assist, and went so far as to come back to the site to turn it on for me. I received an invoice from them about a month after the work was completed. I even had an issue with my hot tub control panel where it was not reading input voltage correctly, which I ignorantly blamed on the hot tub wiring. I contacted Withrow and they were more than willing to investigate the issue even though it was no fault of theirs. Top notch customer service. Will probably use in the future for any electrical needs.

    They were prompt in their response but certainly not professional. They didn't explain their work and their "fix" only lasted 5 days before I called another company. My suspicions were confirmed as the part Green Acres installed cost me $75. Their fix again lasted 5 days before it failed. I then used Reliable Plumbing and they came out and in the process fixed the same part, their cost for that part $16.87. Additionally, Green Acres wanted to pump my tank and charge me another $250. They didn't ask but just assumed they could do it. I stopped them before they started because only 2 weeks prior another septic pumping company looked at and said I wouldn't need to pump it for another year. I hope that they do better, more honest, and more straight forward work moving forward.

    They came out the same day I called. They gave me two options, one that would have worked just fine and one that was more expensive but was ultimately the best way. They completed the work in about an hour and did an excellent and professional job.
