"Today there was a 1/2 inch of snow. I was stuck in
Vista,Ar. I called Cooks and ask for their help. They refused to come. I have called" them many times when stuck in snow. This time he gave me a lame excuse that he did not have a four wheel drive. What a load of garbage. I will never call them again and strongly recommend you call someone else. These guys will not come when the weather is bad. Avoid at all costs.

"This should be a $65 job, but he charged $130 saying, "We charge more when it snows". "I'm on commission too". Took 5 minutes to move" my vehicle as the left rear tire was against a log and could not go down the drive way (Just 30' up the drive).

This company was contracted by my insurance company to tow my vehicle which at the time only had two flat tires to a tire company for replacement.

1) He was rude-NO customer service whatsoever

2) He did not know what vehicle he was picking up. He thought he was picking up a Saturn, not a Land
Columbia Towing Company Provider Name Locked

3) He tried to mount my vehicle by the wheels not the bar underneath. He just was not considerate or careful with my car.

3) The way he handled my vehicle was a travesty!!!!! I could go on and on but the bottom line is when he dropped my vehicle off at the repair shop he DROPPED it to the ground, causing a loud cracking noise! The technicians became so concerned that they informed me what had happened ( I was a work at the time)! They stated he was so wreckless at the way he parked and left my vehicle they took pictures and sent them to me. I could've cried. Now I have more problems with my car then what I initially

Now my insurance company is dealing with this matter to try to make it right.

I contacted my insurance agency's road side assistance at 745 this morning. By 9 am the agency had been notified I would need a tow. Originally I was told it would take 6 to 8 hours as it has been very cold and there were many calls this morning already. I agreed as I was safely at work and the tow was scheduled between 3 and 5 pm. At 345 I had not heard from the agency and called them. I was told it would be another 1.5 to 2 hours. I left with my ride and got dinner. The roads had no snow or ice, although the weather was cold. At 5 the insurance agency called to a

sure the tow had come. I explained it had not. The insurance company called them and was told it would be another 1.5 to 2 hours due to the weather. I explained to the insurance company there was no ice or snow at this time. At 645 I still had not heard from them. My boyfriend called at that time and was told it would STILL be another 1.5 to 2 hours. I called my insurance company who contacted another agency. The other agency was called and at work all within 75 minutes!

He responded to my call within 2 hours. He answered my calls anytime I called. He of course was busy and he did 1/2 of
roof 1 day and the last 1/2 a few days later as the weather was extremely cold and it snowed again. We were overall
satisfied and his price was fair.

To my shock, I had my front driver's side tire run flat while driving southbound on I-69. Fortunately, I was able to get over to the shoulder with out any accident. I called Fisher's

Service and the owner answered and was there to my

within 20 minutes. He then quickly got my car up on his flatbed and delivered my car and myself to Firestone. I was very pleased with his punctuality and professionalism. Especially considering the temperature was around 1 degree out. I hope I don't have to ever use his service again, but if I ever need a tow I will be using this company.

I was driving too fast and recieved a wreckless driving ticket. The officer said my car would have to be towed. They went down a list a services they used and had

(They also own

How many hours are in everyones day? They said they charge the $29.00 per day charge for every 12 hours that the vehicle is there. How is that legal? Also, I called after they closed to inquire about the cost, received that information, and explained I wanted to come get the car now. He said i will have to wait until they open up and that i would be charged for the 2ND 12 day charge. The car was there for about 24 hours so they charged $363.00. I explained that I thought that was too much and the guy said he doesn't set the prices the highway patrol does. I called highway patrol to confirm this. Lieutenant Gumple with the highway patrol (his office number is (803) 465-1824) returned my call as I was there right as the guy was running my card. I explained everything to the lieutenant. He asked to speak with the shop's owner (I left it on speaker phone so I could hear), asked him about the charges, chewed him out for over charging me, told him if he didn't reduce/ refund the over charged amount ($105 over charged) he was going to run an investigation on him and remove him from the list of approved tow companies. The owner tucked his tail between his legs and stroked a check to me. Considering how unprofessional and dishonest this guy is, I WOULD NOT recommend ever doing business with any of his few illegitimate business. And lastly, his tow truck is a really old barely running truck, his "office" is a complete disaster and looks like a pack of wild animals stormed through it, and he is VERY rude and uses profanity toward anyone that doesn't agree with how he runs things or how he charges for things. Hope this helps anyone make their decision whether or not to use this companies services.

knocked on our door promptly and got to work getting our car out of our pitched driveway and into the neighborhood street to get it hooked up. He was very conscious of our neighbor's driveways and picked a spot that didn't impede anyone's access to the road. He was also very efficient in getting our car ready to go. His driving was impeccable and he expertly maneuvered our car into a parking spot at the dealership. While I hope that I never have to use a tow truck again, not only would I use
