The front desk staff is very nice, they have a lot of doctors there but anyone you see is competent and helpful. It's easy to get your child in when they are sick. They are always available to answer questions. It's easy to get there and park there.

Dr Plax has been my kids' pediatrician since 1993. He has seen my kids through birth, sniffles, immunizations, broken bones, ear infections, and life threatening pneumonia. We are down to simple annual physicals as my kids are now teens. Dr Plax is simply the most amazing, caring doctor I have ever known. If I call the main desk to check on a dose of tylenol for a fever, that night I would get a call from Dr Plax to check on my child's health. When my child was in the hospital, Dr Plax was there. When all was well and we saw Dr Plax at the grocery store, he had a big smile and asked about everyone by name. He is a great doctor. He runs a good practice.

The practice is responsive and has excellent bedside manner with the little patients and their fretting parents. ;) My oldest child has autism and can be difficult. He was cared for by Dr. Sugarbaker and, after her departure, Dr. Ross. Both intuitively knew how best to deal with him, which was so refreshing since I usually have to provide extensive "coaching" for anyone attempting to get in his "space." One weekend I had to leave my children with the grandparents who are up in years. I was quite anxious because of my oldest's challenging behavior and my mother-in-law's stubborn "old school" way of managing children. Dr. Sugarbaker gave me her cell phone number and suggested that Grandma could call her over the weekend if she had any concerns. I knew she would not dial that number but Grandma felt better having it and I felt better knowing I had such an understanding pediatrician. Ria Ross is just as compassionate. She is also a mother so she "gets it.

It went very well. Parking was easy, reception/paperwork was a breeze. I had to pay out of pocket since my new insurance didn't go into effect for a few weeks and they were completely fine with however I wanted to pay. They also recommended ways I could cut my costs (i.e. do the check-up now and immunizations in a few weeks). All the staff I dealt with were friendly and Dr. Moolsintong was great. She answered all my questions completely and thoroughly.

    Kreusser, Dr. Katherine L
She is very nice. She is very knowledgeable in her field. She makes the environment very comfortable. Whenever my kid has a trip to the emergency room they call to see how he is doing. They have a sick child entry and a healthy child entry so that other patients don't get sick.

    Plax, Dr. Daniel F.
Dr. Plax is very thorough with his check ups. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer any questions that we have. He also takes time to talk to the children while they are there. I only have to pay the co-pay and insurance covers the rest.

    Andrew Zuckerman MD
There are always enough spots in the parking lot. The waiting room is never really crowded and the wait time is at the lengthy side of reasonable. The office staff are friendly and courteous. Dr. Zuckerman has a good rapport with our two boys and quickly makes them feel at ease. My wife and I feel comfortable sharing our concerns with him and we've never felt rushed. During hospital stays he's come to make sure that everything is going well and follows up with us later.

He is very good with the kids. If you call him and need to get the children in, he does it right away.
