  • Just check MO Case Net and search by both the business and the doctors name. You be the judge. I will add that way to long to remember the date I went there and was advised to get an orthotic. It was very expensive and I felt like it was a scam. The doctor said, "this is the best, it is the same one that Jerry Seinfeld has. We don't make a dime off of this". Well in all fairness he did tell the truth. He doesn't make a dime, he makes MUCH more. Prior to a year mine was damaged by a flood. The girl at the counter said I could get a replacement at their cost, which was half of what I paid. Hmmmmmmm

  • I no longer live in St. Louis but went to Jenni for many years. She is an excellent Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). Prior to Jenni I had not found a counselor that I could really connect with. I believe her style sets her practice apart. Jenni uses a white board, hand outs and books to help you understand what is going on and the tools needed to help yourself. I think the key to any therapy however, is that you have to be ready to change your life. No therapist is going to do that for you. Jenni is no different, if you are ready to dig in she is too!

  • Took 4 months, multiple meetings with management, and ultimately many interactions with BBB to get the $400 back. Very disappointed in Wellbridge: Their high pressure sales tactics, poor staff environment that led to therapist leaving, and then the state of their gym and pool compared to the neighboring gyms. Neighboring gym, Clayton Center, has more and newer equipment, plus a track and basketball court, and pool that isn't in the basement dungeon as at Wellbridge. Wellbridge then charges 3times more! Pictures attached show their spa document and policies which clearly do NOT state there is no-refund policy.

  • I have been going to Dr. Frohlichstein for years. He is a great dentist. I have very poor teeth which tend to crack and break. The doctor is always very flexible to get me in quickly when I have problems and has been able to patch my teeth back together so they work fine - eliminating any need to pull teeth and eliminating any sensitivity. Office staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

  • They were absolutely excellent! They were able to treat her very effectively! They had outstanding medical and customer service. If my sister pushed the little buzzer someone would be at her side right away! I would absolutely recommend Barnes Jewish Hospital!

  • Chris and the entire team are excellent.  Our long-time family dentist has continued to move west over the years and the drive was getting to be too much.  We were referred to the Wolken group and are thrilled.  I've even moved my children to this office based on our excellent experience.

  • This guy is simply the best dentist I've ever had and even heard of.  His office is friendly and treats you like family. They are ALWAYS on time. He's never ever hurt me during a procedure and in fact I've laughed so hard (because he's hilarious) that I've come out of there thinking "did I really just have a filling done?" I've sent lots of people to him and they've all been extremely satisfied.  He's great with kids and adults both.

  • Service and hours are AWFUL!  They have no Saturday hours, no evening hours, and when asked about this problem stated, "most people take off work."  (...to pick up eyeglasses...REALLY???)  Customer service is horrible and will never use again.

  • The initial visit was neither good nor bad.  However, before you choose this provider, carefully check hours.  It is the MOST inconvenient optometry location with which we have dealt.  They have no evening hours, no Saturday hours and they close early on Friday afternoon.  For most working people, they put in a lot more time than this and don't want to have to take off work just to pick up eyeglasses.  I would hope that they either expand their hours or go out of business (but not before we find a time to pick up the glasses!).
