They came out and gave us a free estimate for a vinyl fence and didn’t use any of the typical sales tactics to get us to give them money right away. They were extremely respectful in allowing us time to make a decision. They were not the cheapest company we obtained quotes from, but it was worth every penny! When it came to obtaining permits, they handled it all... we never lifted a finger. Once we received all necessary approvals, they came out and had our fence up in no time and it looks beautiful! I so appreciate the professionalism that Christina showed me and the work done was very professional and quickly done, a day for each service and they didn't bother us working at home at all. Have patience with them getting back to you sometimes, we communicated both by email and phone and did ok. Estimate was held to and they gave me a discount for waiting until a slack time to have my work done.

AThey came promptly for the estimate and returned when we had further questions. The came sooner than they had said they would to put in the fence, and finished the job in a day. There was a miscommunication about one component of the job and our estimator Tim and the boss Jim were out immediately with the crew to fix it up to our satisfaction. Their cost was lower than other estimates we received. We were very pleased with their timeliness, professionalism, and desire to make sure we were happy. Thanks Abbey Fence!
