    Chris responded to call by my tenant and sent repair estimate to the tenant who forwarded it to me 4-6 weeks later. When I called him to find out details as to what was wrong with the appliances he was not able to explain anything and simply said it was too long ago and he doesn't remember. He could come out and look again but I would have to pay for diagnostic work again. When I tried to get him to schedule repair he stated that I would have to pay the estimated amount before he would do the repair work. When I asked the tenant about what was wrong she said I should just get someone else to look at it again???

    I was disappointed that they didn't mention that I could remove the control board and send it off and get it fixed myself. That is what I did and now my refrigerator works fine. They also didn't honor the online coupon.

    Called and had an appointment the next day. Service technician (Jon) was polite, knowledgable, professional. Price for two visits (one for dishwasher and one for gas stove top) were ~ $100 each. Repairs were simple and quickly done. Very satisfied and would use them again.

    Both times they were on the early side of their window. The fridge repairman apologized that it was going to be so expensive and it was less than I had feared. Then the final bill was less than what he quoted me AND he ordered some extra replacement parts (filter and shelf). He charged me their cost of those parts and installed them at no charge. The dishwasher - he only charged me the minimum house call because the repair was quick. Both guys were great!

    Every aspect of the repair went very well.  Nathan was punctual and very professional.. He quickly repaired the leak and then pointed out a problem involving the door not staying shut.  I was thrilled because I had the problem for a long time but had forgotten to mention it.  He left to get a part to fix it and later called to say that the part was not available but he would try to find a universal substitute He returned with the part,  fixed the door and helped me with other issues.  The price was extremely reasonable and I thought it was the best service call I can remember.

    Spiro and his crew were great.  Spiro came when he said he would, and did what he said he would.  They did extra little things for us that they didn't need to.  The quality of their work is very good.  They cleaned up everything after themselves.  Spiro has been laying tile since he was 13 so he really knows his stuff.  He gave us very good advice.  We asked them to be finished before the 12th, they finished on the 10th.

    After weeks of trying to make an appointment I finally had to get the appliance store to call them. They came out to provide an estimate and several weeks went by and did not get a quote. They showed up to perform the work unprepared and left.

    Job well done.  Our Sub-Zero refrigerator was showing error messages and we called All American after reading reviews.  We called on the weekend before Christmas and had an appointment on Tuesday.  Jon - the tech - was great.  He quickly ascertained the problem and explained it - coils in the back were leaking.  Since parts had to be ordered, we had to wait the next week for the repair.  We were nervous about getting through the Holiday, but Jon said he thought we would be fine.  Thankfully, we made it through the Holiday and Jon returned to perform the repair.  He was on time and once again took the time to explain things as needed.  The process couldn't have gone smoother and we would recommend again.

    I was very worried about not having my dryer working! I have boys coming home with duffle bags of dirty laundry and I did not want to be without the ability fo take care of it.  My dryer stopped heating.  The next morning before 8 am I called Above and Beyond Appliance Repair.  They came out THAT DAY, diagnosed the problem, told me exactly how much it would cost, cleaned out my entire dryer (which really needed to be cleaned).  They dryer needed a part.  Bryan, the technician, went and got the part immediately and installed it all in one day.  In the past when I have had an appliance repaired by other companies, it becomes a multiday project.  I would DEFINITELY recommend them and use them again.

    Two weeks later, followed up that part had arrived after I contacted them.  Part was installed.  Unit was in *greater* state of disrepair - new vent was broken and in closed position.  Installer had not checked his work.

    Another serviceman came out from vendor, advised new unit they'd put in was defective as well, and that we should replace the dishwasher, as the replacement part was difficult to obtain and would likely take 6 weeks to get in..

    I went online and found the part in seconds; it was widely available and cost 30% of what they'd billed for it (*excluding* $100 labor charge).  Two days to get in.

    Vendor was unprofessional in providing highly inaccurate timelines, poor advice, high prices, lengthy waits, poor follow-up, unreliable information, and failed to repair the unit.

    Would not recommend nor do business with this company again.
