Brian removed the film and was not planning on any type of compensation. We have used Brian's company for many years for window cleaning and christmas lights and had never had any problems. After talking with Brian he agreed to give us a $750 credit for any future services, I have an email from him stating this. He put up christmas lights for us in November for a $205 charge. I asked Brian if he would add some lights to a few of our bushes and 2 trees and he agreed. I asked him what the charge would be and he said "nothing, as I had recommended him to our next door neighbors and they had lights put on as well. I reached out to Brian in April to set up my yearly window cleaning and he was not returning my calls or emails. Finally he sent me an email stating he was not going to do any more work for us and he was not going to honor the remainder of our credit. He told me he was not getting a high accreditation from Madico because I had called them and talked with them about the issues we were having. He then told me it was $125 more for the extra lights he added at christmas. I told him that was fine, add that to the $205 and we would now have a $420 credit. I have reported him to the Madico company and to the dealer he uses to buy the film. I have also registered a complaint with the BBB. Brian's unwillingness to respond is unacceptable for a professional company. I feel we are being more than reasonable as we paid him $1470 in cash for the film and installation of which was not installed properly.

At first, my experience went well.  Then the staff at Quality Glass really showed their true colors once the product became defective.  The tint on my driver's side window started to peel from top to bottom.  Each time I rolled the window down, the tint would peel more and more.  Eventually, it peeled far enough down the window that for safety reasons, (simply being able to see outside my driver's side window) it became a hazard.  The peeling tint was scrunching up making visibility very unclear.  I peeled the remaining half off of the window and spent three days scraping the glue like material this company used to put on the tint film.
I still have the receipt with the Lifetime Warranty label at the bottom.  When I called, I was told by a representative that the warranty was not valid because I removed the remaining tint from my window.  I explained it was a vision hazard while driving, but he continued to rudely insist that because I had not left the crumpled up tint on my window, that the warranty would not be honored.  Then I was told that the President of the company was not in for the day, but that I could leave a voicemail for him.  I left the voicemail, and sure enough he was not out of the office because he called from that same office number five minutes later.  After basically berating me for explaining why I thought the warranty should be valid, the President actually made an analogy that if my washing machine broke and I did not have the machine in my possession any longer, that the warranty would not be valid in the same way as my window tint.  I said that his analogy was bogus as he was comparing apples and oranges. I said maybe if you place the washing machine in front of my driver's side window blocking my driving vision, then maybe the analogy would work, albeit illogical.  Regardless, he was really reaching with that logic.
NO JOKE, after I refuted his analogy, the President started screaming at me at which point I asked if he would let me speak since I had let him speak most of the time without interruption.  Obviously knowing he lost the verbal argument, he yelled loudly "Don't ever call here again" and slammed the phone down, hanging up on a customer.  Would you seriously do business with these people? I called two other window tint stores who laughed when I relayed that the President of Quality Glass had said that he had never heard of tint peeling like I said it did.  The two other window tint stores said the tint certainly could peel - with poor craftsmanship.
I also have the conversation with the President recorded on audio; after the nasty attitude of the first representative, I thought it would be of some use in case the President acted in the same manner, which he went above and beyond.  I thought the head of companies were supposed to keep their cool?  Once I upload the audio on youtube, I will revise this review and provide the link.  (And the President's name)

Bob Gorman came out to give me  quote. He was very professional and helpful. I had intended to go with a 70% tint (where 70% of light comes through) but Bob talked to me and told me most people feel like they could have gone darker after it is done. He left samples of the films so I could stand and look through them to envision the room tinted. We decided to go with the 50% Prestige product. I Love, Love, Love the final look ! The room is still very bright. The view is crips and clean. And actually ...I probably cold have gone even a little darker since there are so many windows in the room. So listen to Bob's advice...he understands how light or dark the room will be and has a very good idea after talking to you which product is right for you. I am very happy that we decided on the prestige product. It was a little more expensive but I think the view it provides is superior ! The room stays a lot cooler now and is still bright and cheerful !

See below for my original review which gave positive remarks, but things have changed. Eight months ago the tint on my drivers side window peeled off one cold day when I pulled my window down. What an awful noise it makes when the tint starts to peel. Not to mention the sticky residue that took about an hour and a bottle of alcohol to remove from my glass. I called several other rated window tinting services on Angie's list and all, including info from the internet, couldn't believe the tint had already peeled after 2 years. The quote I received from Quality Glass when I called them recently was close to what I paid originally and no sympathy was shown for what appears to be obvious poor craftsmanship. In an age of Angie's list type websites, you'd think customer service would be any company's top priority. I have no issue with an error, as long as it gets fixed. This time it appears Ill have one passenger tinted window and one clear drivers side window for a while.

The guys at Quality Glass Tinting did a great job from start to finish.  They were friendly, took my car at the scheduled time, and made my car look just how I wanted it.  Very clean place.  Great job all around!

Overall the work was good. Pat Oneil came out to make the measurements and eventually came to do the installation. The skylight screens were tough and they turned OK. The tinting was done quickly and immediately you could tell the difference.
