    I have been using this company for 6 years. I have had something go wrong every year. I kept them because they stored my lights and usually came out to fix it in a reasonable time frame. This year, Kim, the owner called me in Sept/Oct to confirm my installation week. I said yes. The week came and no installation. I called to check on it. She said there was a 5 day delay because of snow (which melted the next day). I told her ok, but communication would have been nice. She proceeded to get rude and nasty with me, telling me that she���s not going to call her 100 clients, I asked about email, but she didn���t hear me because she kept talking over me. I told her that I have never been spoken to like this by a company and that we will probably be using a different company next year to which she said she���d be happy to drop my lights on my front doorstep and I could use them this year. THIS is how a 6 year customer is spoken to and then the job is dropped the week of installation. Never apologetic, unwilling to communicate... I will NEVER use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable company who specializes in speaking to their customers respectfully. Absolutely awful.

    It went well. We were able to get Window-Brite to come sooner than expected, because we will have out of town guests arriving early. They were flexible, which was much appreciated. And, when I noticed a spot, they went back immediately and ensured it disappeared in no time at all. They worked efficiently. I would recommend them.

    The offer was for 25 windows for $169. The cleaner immediately added $89 to our bill because we had transomes and each small window was extra. We agreed to that. Since we had no screens to clean I ask that the frames and sills get special attention and shoes the cleaner what I wanted. He agreed. After they left my inspection revealed that any window with caulking fingerprints was left with the fingerprints. (We had had several windows replaced.) The frames weren't touched nor were the sills.

    Never showed up on appointed day and did not receive phone call from anyone as to a delay or cancellation. This after I rescheduled other planed activities in order to be available to let them complete the job inside and out. In addition I had called twice to inquire about having the company power wash the house. No one every returned my calls.

    No show!!! I bought a big deal with this company. They called me and we scheduled an appt. They never showed up for the appt and would never call me back after the fact. What a rip off!!! Now I am having problems getting my money back and I am furious.

    Excellent work. Chris and his team don't just hose and squeegee the windows, they scrub them with steel wool and use spray cleaner on them. The windows look like new. Chris brings the focus and professionalism of a combat vet who left the military, worked to earn a college degree, then began his own business. I have no doubt he will prosper, and deservedly so. I have recommended him to my neighbors, and I plan to call him again when my windows need cleaning. Well done, Chris!

    I have to assume that the gutter work was done as I can't get up on the roof pitch to look however their Customer Service is reason enough that I wouldn't recommend using them. I have to make multiple calls to get it scheduled (things happen not a big deal) and when I scheduled it the woman I spoke with looked up the square footage of my house and said they normally they would have a surcharge but it was close so she was waiving the additional fee. I did get two separate bills in the mail for 15.00 but I tossed them based on my initial conversation. I got a call today from a woman named Sam that was clearly put out to have to call me. Not only did she keep sighing as if explaining it to me was painful, she just kept repeating the same thing; She was looking at a carbon copy of an invoice and it might be for something other than the extra square footage but she couldn't tell what it was for. I asked if she could ask someone if they could look as I am not in the habit of paying " I don't know what the charge is for" but she refused. I will mail in the 15.00 but I won't use this company again.

    My wife walked through the house with Dave the crew chief deciding upon which windows were to be cleaned. He confirmed this before starting. 3 small basement 'dormer' windows were agreed to be the price of one window because they were so small, and he agreed to clean one 12 inch bathroom window for free because it was so small. We excluded the doors of the house and one window in the back of the house because St. Charles Glass Co. had just replaced it at 7am that morning (4/8/16). After work was performed, he left a bill for the extra 14 windows we had cleaned (over the Angies list special price), and told my wife we could call in the additional charge with accredit card. When my wife reviewed the bill she noted that they charged us for 20 additional windows instead of 14 as agreed upon twice. My wife called the company no more than a hour or so after they had left, and female who picked up the phone told he she would contact Dave, and get this corrected right away. Since that day we had not heard from them until Friday 5/20/16. Although we have called Deluxe Cleaning Service 9 times between my calls and my wife's calls, since this 4/8/16 service they had never returned our call! We just wanted to pay our bill correctly. Then when Deluxe Cleaning Services called me on Friday 5/20/16, they acted as if they had no idea that we had been trying to contact them and pay this bill for months. They still have made no attempt to contact us and we are asking Angies List to intercede and help us get this issue resolved. This company has not dealt with us in good faith. Please contact me to let me know what more I can do.

    They were great.  I purchased the Angie's list deal for 2 hours of power washing for $99.  They contacted me shortly after purchasing to schedule the appointment.  At that time, he told me they can usually finish a two story house within the 2 hours, but depending on the house, it may take slightly longer which would result in a small additional fee.  I was fine with that.  On the scheduled day, he arrived on time and completed the job in just over the two hours, but did not charge me an additional fee since he said he stopped for a few minutes to talk with a neighbor who was asking about their services.  They were totally professional and friendly throughout the whole process.  And the house looks great!  I would highly recommend!

    I called to schedule the service.  They told me an approximate day and explained that, if it rained or there was bad weather, it would be postponed but they would come on the next available day.  I did not need to be present in order for them to clean the gutters.  
    They did exactly what they said.   They put the stuff from the gutters into yard waste bags so there wasn't random yucky stuff all around my house.  
    My cost was $124 rather than $99 because they had to remove gutter covers but I thought it was well worth the extra $25.  I would definitely use them again.
